I viisted May 17 2017. I "bought" two rooms via Priceline for $289.98 including $49.98 in "fees". I checked in at 7:00 pm and checked out at 6:00 am the next morning. The front desk woman who check us in put me down for a 5:00 am wake up call. She "gave us" two "complimentary" beers. So far, so good. BUT, this same clerk "forgot" about the 5:00 am wake up call, and the front desk never made any wake up call. The toilet paper is thinner than newsprint, showing how cheap the supplies are. The "free beer" was horrid, and one taste sent it into the garbage. The restaurant was "closed for dinner" (its sign" at 7:00 pm. The "views" were of the parking lot (ugly). There are no deck chairs anywhere near your room, to "enjoy" that "bad" beer. Half the power plugs in my room did not work. Worse, when I checked out, the front desk person stated there was an additional $69 "mandatory" (his words" "resort fee". This fee was not disclosed by Priceline, and not disclosed by the front desk woman who checked us in. The fee is supposed to "cover parking and internet". The web site on Priceline shows "free parking and internet". By the way, the internet wireless system is VERY slow, and it took many tries even to log on. NEVEF AGAIN. This hotel is off the approved vendor list. Hilton would be ashamed,

Had a wonderful trip here. This resort could use a little face lift, but overall, we really enjoyed our time. First off, they welcome you with a free beer... who knew hotels did that?! The front desk staff was friendly. The rooms are HUGE; we upgraded and had a nice room with a patio. Definitely the biggest non-suite hotel room I've stayed in. The rooms still look fairly modern even though we were told they are going to be renovating soon. We went both of the pools; both areas are nice. The smaller pool is great because it's not crowded, however, when we first got there, it was pretty dirty. We called the front desk and they sent someone within 15 minutes to clean out the pool for us. They have pingpong and lawn games, which was great for the night time since there isn't much to do around Palm Springs. The restaurant's dinner menu was surprisingly good. The breakfast selection is limited and the "free breakfast coupons" for Hilton Gold Members only cover $12, which isn't enough for any full breakfast item. Definitely a good spot for a romantic weekend getaway.

Not worth the price, nice place, but the food and drink were very disappointing. I don't mind spending money when there is quality, but it fell well short of that. The buffet was not cheap, the service was slow, the food was average at best. The fire pits all over the grounds were awesome for a night cap and relaxing.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. I will definitely return. Quick check in and out, friendly staff, large and clean room. Love the jacuzzi and pool areas. Happy hour was great and food was good at restaurant.

Our junior suite room was very large with a nice balcony. The decor was a little out of date and the mattress was not that comfortable. The pool and pool bar were very nice, but there were too many kids in the pool and jacuzzi for a romantic couples weekend. Parking was convenient.
