We loved our day at this hotel. It had an awesome breakfast on the patio. Excellent food and coffee. Definitely recommend

Kind of disappointing to be considered a premium resort. They just aren’t there, yet. Was told the valet called off work the day we checked in. However, we were there 4 nights and I never saw a valet or doorman. Our room was in Building 12, at the very back of the property. Was told there was nothing close to lobby. If you want to make upscale retail purchases, the onsite Tommy Bahama store is waiting for you. However, no sundry shop to purchase incidentals. It wasn’t an issue for us, we had a car rental. But, be forewarned, there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here because it is considered part of the American Express Fine Hotels, still trying to understand how was that the case. Our breakfast on the second day took over an hour to arrive at the restaurant, the pools did not have towels and the water in the pool needed to be cleaned. Mattress in room were uncomfortable. And the cherry on top of my trip was my car broken into, in their parking lot. We didn't leave the property on the last day and left our car in the lot next to our room. My passenger side window was smashed and my car was ransacked! Although the maintenance team helped cleaning the car, they mentioned they were not responsible for any damage. Even if the car was in their property with CAMERAS. And now they don't want to assume responsibility. In short, overpriced food, subpar accommodations, unsafe location. You are better off staying at the Hampton Inn close by than having to deal with the poor management of this location

Maybe the best spa resort in the Palm Springs area if not in the U.S. Beautiful rooms and excellent food all in a very intimate setting.
