Resort grounds were beautifully manicured. Pool was quiet except for the music being piped in through the house system and then some knucklehead that brought his own wireless speaker. Cochella guests began arriving at the end of our stay, so the place was quickly changing from a quiet family resort to a party place. Happy hour was excellent and the bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, but the furnishings were a bit dated. In room fridge worked and bed was comfortable. Only gave us 3 towels for a room that slept 4, which was curious, but quickly rectified by housekeeping. Overall, a very nice resort, not cheap, but I would definitely stay again next time I am in the Palm Springs area.

I was looking Forward to a quiet and relaxing afternoon in the hotel prior to business meeting starting in the morning. Over an hour and half after checking in, still no room and the lobby is not a place you want to be stuck for that long. Went to get some lunch during the room wait and waited for half an hour for 2 tacos. This place doesn't appear to have a sense of responsiveness to the guests at all.

Just finishing up 4 days at this beautiful resort. With my busy schedule, it is often difficult to disconnect and spend quality time with the family, but that's exactly what this resort allowed me to do. From the time of check-in and throughout my stay, the staff was attentive, friendly and hospitable. We took advantage of the numerous activities throughout the resort and the surrounding area allowing my teenagers to actually stop looking at their phones and enjoy time together. The food and drinks were great and we ended each day at one of the many fire pits on the property. Kudos to the team at this resort and we will definitely be back in the future.

We had stayed at the Miramonte Indian Wells Resort two times, in past years, previous to our stay over New Years, 2017. The other times we stayed at the hotel it was lovely..this included the rooms and grounds. Well the grounds are still nice, but the service, and our rooms left much to be desired. 1. The toilet in our room under the rim was filthy..To bad to describe in detail! I complained and nothing was done about it until we came back to our room hours later and complained again. 2. One day our room was not cleaned at all, although there was no sign up saying not to come in. We had to have someone, who was not really part housekeeping, come in during the evening to clean the room. They had no idea why the room was never cleaned. 3, There were rips in our carpeting and some of the furniture was not in great condition. 4. The bathroom was not properly stocked, lack of one soap and no body lotion. One soap dish was missing from one of the sinks. Again we called and things were added and replaced. (but it was a LONG wait) 4. The thermostat did not work correctly the whole time we were there. We talked to the housekeeping about this and was told that many of the thermostats do not work properly throughout the property. 5. One of our sheets had a stain on it, even though we did know it was a fresh sheet. 6. Our room was in the back in one of the Casitas near some stairs on the first floor of a two story building. Each day we would open our door to see collected trash bags sitting across our door at the bottom of the stairs..Not a pleasant site..They collected all the trash bags at this point before removing them each day..I think they could figure a better way to not leave trash in a hallway! 7. We felt there was definitely a shortage of staff at this location. They are short handed in a lot of areas..This is not usual for a Hilton property. This property from Hilton had just turned into a Hilton "Curio" property..which should be one of their more unique quality hotels. Yes, they were just getting started, but if they were not up and running properly than they should not advertise themselves as a quality Hilton Curio property. When ever I was by the front desk I felt really sorry for the woman working to help guests. She had to endure a heck of a lot of complaints. I spent a lot of time talking to a nice assistant manager, upon leaving, about what was deficient on the property. This gentleman ran the restaurant and that part of the hotel was fine. He told me he would definitely see that the manager would call me at home to discuss the issues and make amends. Did the manager ever call me? You guessed I do not like to write negative reviews, but with all that was not up to standard and no reaching out by the Manager, I decided after many, many months to write this review. We stay at a lot of good Hilton Hotels, and our Diamond members..I would have expected better than what we experienced at the Miramonte Indian Wells.
