Cute hotel, but not worth the high price. In desperate need of a facelift. Spa was decent, but expensive. There are other hotels across the street that are more updated and cleaner. Two restaurants with same limited menu... Staff was pretty helpful.

As soon as we arrived we had an amazing experience with Katie. We were booked a King room when we needed 2 queens. Despite the hotel being full, Katie moved things around and made it work. Then Robin appeared giving treats to our dog, and offering us advice on the menu and drinks. Our room was HUGE. Definitely plenty of room for the 3 of us. We spent most of our time by the pool as we were there for Coachella. We inquired about cabana rental and realized it was a STEAL so we did it and it was perfect. Lora was amazing and no drinks were left empty. The GM Mark even introduced himself and made sure we had everything we needed. I've stayed at hotels all over the world, and never had the level of service I've experienced this past weekend. We even decided to stay an extra night. THe front desk matched the price we found online and even let us keep our room so we didn't have to move, even though they had a conference checking in. Needless to say, I'm looking forward to going back. Huge shoutout to other employees who made our stay flawless: Tracy Aaron, Kurt, Sara and Gabby.

The staff at the Miramonte were wonderful. They made us feel at home and very helpful. In particular, Oscar Ruiz of the Bell and Valet team provided superior customer service helping us navigate the property and answering questions we had about the area. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the Miramonte on our next visit to the Palm Springs area.

Resort grounds were beautifully manicured. Pool was quiet except for the music being piped in through the house system and then some knucklehead that brought his own wireless speaker. Cochella guests began arriving at the end of our stay, so the place was quickly changing from a quiet family resort to a party place. Happy hour was excellent and the bar staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, but the furnishings were a bit dated. In room fridge worked and bed was comfortable. Only gave us 3 towels for a room that slept 4, which was curious, but quickly rectified by housekeeping. Overall, a very nice resort, not cheap, but I would definitely stay again next time I am in the Palm Springs area.

I was looking Forward to a quiet and relaxing afternoon in the hotel prior to business meeting starting in the morning. Over an hour and half after checking in, still no room and the lobby is not a place you want to be stuck for that long. Went to get some lunch during the room wait and waited for half an hour for 2 tacos. This place doesn't appear to have a sense of responsiveness to the guests at all.
