We stayed for two nights early May. We were impressed by the service and the food of the hotel's restaurants. All staff was super-friendly and attentive. The room was clean, spacious and equipped with all we needed. The hotel is well located, close to shops, railway stations and restaurants. We ate at Radius and La Terrasse. The food was very good in both but Radius beat most we had in the last few months. Although pricey, we strongly recommend trying it. The pool area is nice, probably a bit small if the hotel is fully booked. We liked the SPA area, a quiet place to relax. We had 2 treatments each, both standard (neither great nor bad). We will go again.

Amazing hotel with different restaurants. Even if you can't afford a room, you can enjoy the delicious food in various restaurants. Everyone is welcome, and the architecture is truly worth a visit. Also the view from the Terrasse is amazing.

We have stayed at the Victoria Jungfrau many times in the past 20+ years and I’m pleased to say the VJ is back on top form after a few service issues 8 or 10 years ago. Our junior suite overlooking the Jungfrau was refurbished and fresh, housekeeping accommodated us by cleaning our suite at the time we specified, wifi was strong, everything perfect. It was great to be welcomed back by some of the longer term staff members including Francesca in the Terrace Restaurant, Dragan the concierge and Ragzin in the spa. They all have the very highest service ethic. Management really has a strong hold on all aspects of the hotel’s operation.

Overall: Great stay! There are however a few things worth mentioning: + got a birthdaycake in the room upon arrival + the offered daily sport programs were excellent (Marco, ... friendly and amazing trainers! Thanks again!) + great pool for swimming (also great temperature, not too cold) + Restaurant Radius by Stefan Beer was amazing (waitress/waiters were very friendly, thank you!) + Breakfast in the room was nice + Room Service staff was nice + communication before stay was easy, helpful and friendly - did not get any extra "surprise" for the birthday in the Radius restaurant - check-in (first impression) was basic (concierce was nice though) - Biggest fail was, that the fridge in the room was broken and they did not notice. All our food turned bad (saved birthday cake, leftovers from Radius and the room service). Technician was not available during the weekend. Not well handled. Also the food we wanted to save once we discovered that the fridge was broken, got thrown away by the staff which was unfortunate. Not a 5* experience in this sense. - Got an already opened and used Marmelade at breakfast in the room (can happen, but still a total no-go in such a high scale hotel). - Hotel smells like smoke (and that is disgusting for a non-smoker): the whole (beautiful) hotel lobby and entrance area as well as all the floors on the left wing. Luckily the room itself did not smell of smoke. I would like to mention that the front office manager handled it very well and was solution-oriented when we mentioned the problem with the fridge. She also said that the smoke was a problem and they are trying to find a way to prevent it. Overall it was a very relaxing stay with a lot of highlights (great food, great options for sport activities, nice room, some friendly staff, ...). I do find the price pretty high for what it essentially is but if they could "up their game" a bit and pay a bit more attention to detail then it could be great and we'd definitely recommend it to other travellers.
