Reviews for Mezzatorre Resort & Spa
The hotel enjoys a breathtaking location with great views on Montana Bay. The room and bathroom are a bit on the small side but very comfortable and the beds are excellent. in room Wifi connection was poor. The entire staff is friendly and helpful especially in the restaurants. Great outside dining with nice menu and excellent wine list. We had again a relaxing week and will return.

We had a great time at this Resort and Spa. The staff is very courteous and makes sure your needs are met. Everyone we encountered from the hotel was 5 stars. The hotel is old and some areas are definitely needing upgrading. I would say the thermal bath area was the biggest complaint of the property. It needs a major rehab. I don't know what standards are needed to be a member of the Top Hotels of the World, but I felt the Mezzatorre needs to put a few million into the property to be deserving. In closing, we enjoyed this property and the staff. I would not tell someone to definitely stay here nor would I say definitely not.
We loved this resort and would come back ASAP!! The rooms were very nice and the service was excellent! The food was good and the view by the pool overlooking the sea was priceless! Make sure you swim in the sea from their dock it was delicious!! Awesome time and not long enough.
My room was disgusting. I found hair and dried snot from previous occupants in the bathroom and my sheets had black stains from mold. In the hotel restaurants I often found myself cleaning food from the chairs so my girlfriend could sit. I could see all this as an unfortunate series of oversights had the hotel staff and management been responsive to these issues, but unbelievably they were not. Instead they were hostile and dismissive of legitimate and obvious issues of cleanliness. Pause for a moment and think about spending $2,000 on a hotel and being greeted by the previous occupants dried snot and hair. Consider whether you want to stay in a hotel where these sorts of issues are dismissed as "nothing at all" by management. I would never under any circumstances return to the Mezzatore or recommend the hotel to others. Again, I caution you against booking the Mezzatore.

We booked 3 nights at Mezzatore in a superior room and could not have been happier with room 133 which was in the main tower overlooking the sea on two sides. We could see both sunrise and sunset which was a great way to start our mornings. Service can make or break an experience and everyone at the resort went out of their way to make sure our experience was fabulous from drinks with live piano music on the patio to pool, spa and dinner. The location is quiet with access to the sea and is a great place to unwind and distress. Recommended.
