Jessica W. Is a GEM. The most kind, wonderful, and welcoming host we have ever met upon arriving - She made our stay beyond perfect, just what we needed. Cheeca Lodge is a lovely Florida experience without feeling contrived
A true taste of the Keys, warm and hospitable without feeling forced. It feels like home every time we visit. The grounds are well kept, live relaxing music nightly. Beautifully manicured grounds. Many options for excellent dining. Friendly staff.

Not terrible but not great
Overall it wasnt terrible. A few small issues with the room. Pool decking is breaking apart and needs replaced. At low tide the whole resort smelled very foul as rotting vegetation was built up on the beach. Definitely not a 5 star resort anymore. We stayed at a Marriott close to Palm Beach the day before coming down to the keys and would go there over Cheeca if we did the trip again.

Room smelled like mold. Dated and not as clean as I hoped.
We had pillows missing from our room upon arrival. Our room phone also didn’t work, so we had to stand in the check-in line again just to speak with the front desk. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially considering we paid for an Ocean Villa, which is supposed to be one of their

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
