We stayed at Cheeca Lodge & Spa from May 8–11, 2026, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and everything we hoped for in a Florida Keys getaway. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Anna Tassia Butler at the Concierge/Front Desk and Flora at the bar. Anna was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Flora was equally amazing — friendly, attentive, and made every visit to the bar enjoyable and memorable. Both went above and beyond to make our vacation special, and they are a huge reason we will gladly return. Thank you for such a fantastic experience — definitely a 5-star stay!

We had a wonderful time at Cheeca for our baby moon! As soon as you enter the impressive property, you’re greeted by friendly staff and beautiful views. The grounds were impeccable everywhere we went. The public areas (pool, beach, lobby, etc.) were clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. Clean facilities, including our room. Waitstaff at the pools were helpful and brought ice water to us without prompting. We felt pampered without the fuss. Would recommend for families with children or a couples vacation!

My husband and I was there for 4 days and it was phenomenal! Beautiful Resort, Room, Atmosphere, Food and lastly the employees. Cassandra was awesome 👌 her service was so good at one of our best restaurant, She was friendly and professional. We'll visit again soon 10/10 for sure.
