The staff at The Cheeca Lodge
We were there 7/6-8. Mr. Rosen has frequented this establishment for many years. There are several reasons why we keep returning. Most importantly the staff are terrific. They cannot do enough for you. Mr. Rosen has a bad back and has trouble walking. We wanted to plan an outing for the day. We asked Jessica Wood at guest services for a recommendation. She suggested that we go to The Theater By The Sea. She then went out of her way to accommodate Mr. Rosen by finding him a wheel chair because there would be too much walking. We saw the dolphin show and had a great time. She puts her heart and soul into taking care of people. That’s what makes her so special. Also the two ladies that served us breakfast, Patricia and Rene were outstanding. They could not do enough for you, always smiling. Overall, a great experience.

Loved everything about it
We absolutely loved Cheeca. Loved you can park your car next to your unit and come in and out easily - no stress with valet or a car park miles away. Loved the team on front desk - brilliantly helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. All staff we met were lovely and helpful. Loved the beach activity crew - always happy to sort or fix whatever you need - a fishing rod, bait, a bike, tennis rackets... nothing was too much trouble.The resort fee covers everything and we really got our moneys worth. We got really into fishing and found the pier so relaxing. Loved the property and its locations next to some great shops bars and restaurants. We'll be back in August and cannot wait!

Do not expect great service
Horrible check in experience. Room supposed to be ready by 4. It is 5:00 and we are still waiting. When we originally got her at 3:00 they said it would only be a half hour wait. Ruins the whole experience.

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
