Stayed at 2 different resorts while in the Keys. Cheeca was everyone's top pick for our group of 7. Impressed with pretty much everything. Highly recommend for location, views and things for kids to do. I even enjoyed riding the bikes. I like that so much is included and if we go back to the Keys - Cheeca is at the top of our list.

We stayed for a week in the Casitas which is in an adjoining, but gated enclave of Cheeca Lodge. The Casitas are private little houses, nicely spaced from each other and oriented around a 25–yard, three-lane pool. I’d guess there are about 12 Casitas in total. They have their own private casita-guest only beach area. The Casitas were fully booked, but it was rare to share space with more than one other couple or family at the Casitas pool or beach area. It feels nicely private or at least semi-private. The staff were attentive and friendly. They tried to be helpful and often succeeded. The Casitas themselves are fine, but are definitely showing their age. Cabinets that don’t stay closed, dishwashers missing parts, rusty door hinges, sagging mattresses. Their state of repair is fine, but just fine, where as the rest of the Casita set up and experience is A to A+.

2nd time here. First time was a couple years ago and experience was great. This time it was horrible. The customer service has completely disappeared. We had an ocean view room and it took a full day to replace coffee maker that was broke in an ocean view room. The dining experience was horrendous as the service was nowhere to be found. Checking out and the woman at the desk was as rude as you can imagine. If I’m going to spend $2k a night , it certainly won’t be there ever again.

They are so friendly. The landscaping and the property is beautiful. Jessica at the front desk is a rockstar! This was our 2nd time. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was amazing and the room had an ocean view Private beach access. It was clean. The food and drinks were amazing. Jessica at the front desk catered to all our needs and did a great job.

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
