of all our visits to the Cheeca Lodge over the years, our most recent was extra, extra special. we were quite fortunate to meet Jessica Wood at check in and she confirmed over our 4 night visit that she is indeed the 'queen of hospitality' totally committed to making us feel special. She quickly recognized our 40th anniversary & volunteered to upgrade our room perhaps also in observance of my broken foot. Every time she saw us she asked us what she could do to enhance our visit. we received an email with closing documents for a real estate transaction and Jessica quickly volunteeered to print them and arranged for Mark to notarize our signatures. Mark was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Jessica has an uncanny ability to anticipate the needs of the Cheeca guests and genuinely takes pleasure in the happiness of those she serves. Now on to the other superstar staff of Cheeca. Miriam & Marcia both phenomenal servers in Atlantic's Edge. The massage therapists and facialist were masters of their craft leaving us relaxed and refreshed. For those who have yet to visit Cheeca Lodge, do yourself a favor and get down to Islamorada asap!!

We enjoyed an amazing 5 day stay at Cheeca. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is well maintained and very comfortable. This stay exceeded my expectations. We will return.

We have been coming here for years and for the first time, there is a noticeable drop in the level of service. The people who work here seem unhappy. When you walk in, you are not greeted anymore. Room service is slacking -don’t replenish towels. Fire alarm was set off our first night and staff didn’t seem to know what to do or know how to direct guests. Outside bartenders and staff were awesome so we loved that!

One of our favorite places to stay in the keys. Great location. Lush tropical atmosphere. Plenty to do. Tennis, golf, spa, several pools and close to great reefs for diving. Our trip is always made more special being greeted by Jessica Wood. She remembers us each year. She always kicks off our vacation at reception with a huge smile. This is a person who truly loves her job. Always happy to help you in any way. A gem.

The hotel is just fine-certainly not a luxury resort. The property is “tired” and in great need of a paint job and refresh-it just feels dirty (passed a green dental flosser on the ground three days in a row in the same spot)-also a bottle of Windex would go a long way here. Staff and friendly and the renovated rooms were clean and nice. Just an average resort so if you keep your expectations low it’s fine

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
