Anniversary trip
My husband and I was there for 4 days and it was phenomenal! Beautiful Resort, Room, Atmosphere, Food and lastly the employees. Cassandra was awesome 👌 her service was so good at one of our best restaurant, She was friendly and professional. We'll visit again soon 10/10 for sure.

Huge Disappointment and dirty
We have always come to Cheeca lodge for last 20 plus years. This last visit was a real disappointment. Our room had German cockroaches everywhere even after spraying. We ordered room service and a roach was on our room tray. They have a problem and blow it off with a laugh and apology. The resort has poor service and it’s just gross and nasty and insanitary. The resort is aging and not the resort it once was. We want to post an honest review not some it was great. Very disappointing. Food order was burnt and gross.

Utterly Disappointing Stay — Not Worth the Price
Our recent stay at Cheeca Lodge was a major disappointment, especially given the $750 per night rate. Our room was in clear need of repair and had a noticeable moldy odor. The bed sagged uncomfortably in the middle, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there—the overall condition of the resort felt neglected, with peeling paint, mildew-encrusted AC vents, and a general lack of cleanliness. While we did enjoy both dinner and breakfast, even the dining experience fell short of expectations. The tables were worn and unstable, and the glassware on the table was visibly spotted—details that matter at this price point. To add to the frustration, we were woken up at the crack of dawn each morning by a very loud local rooster—hardly the relaxing luxury experience we had anticipated. For the cost, we expected a well-maintained, polished resort experience. Sadly, this was far from it. We won’t be returning.

April at Cheeca Resort
Wonderful resort - dining, pools, accommodations, staff provided for a first class vacation. After checking in we didn't leave the property. Everything we needed or wanted was onsite. Excellent tropical setting on the beach. Looking forward to a return trip.

Excellent experience
I recently had the pleasure of staying in this resort with my sisters and my daughter, ladies getaway! Welcoming staff, attentive and check in was stress free with Natalie, front desk supervisor . The entire staff consistently went above and beyond! Beautiful resort, spacious accommodations and excellent food .

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
