Excellent hotel and spa; beautiful and quiet at night. Service is great, food, accommodations are excellent. It's clean and well maintained. If you ever have an issue, the professional staff will find a solution. Highly recommend a visit.

Because of past positive experience at Cheeca Lodge, I stopped by for lunch. I was escorted to a somewhat undesirable table considering it was early and the restaurant was almost empty. The entire experience was TERRIBLE. I ordered iced tea & grouper. I waited for the tea... When I got up to use the restroom, the waiter flew over -- thinking I was leaving. I explained I was not leaving but "could the tea be delivered to my table?" I returned to the table and it had been bussed -- so I had no silverware and no water and NO TEA. The waiter came back and said, "Was that iced coffee you ordered?" He finally brought the tea -- 35 minutes after I ordered it. (again - empty restaurant and he was not busy). The tea tasted old and not desirable. Then, arrived the grouper. I was shocked that it tasted like a block of SALT. Otherwise, it had no flavor at all. It was not edible. The waiter did not check back to see how my meal was but eventually scooped up the plate of food that was missing a small bite and also did not question if everything was okay. I paid $31.+ for this mess. I saw manager Kevin when I was departing & explained the entire disaster -- how the waiter was entirely not trained and the food was not edible. He listened to me & I took his card. He emailed me that the service and food would be better "next time." There will not be a "next time." I stopped at a fish shack and had outstanding mahi. Considering Cheeca Lodge's prices and reputation, what I experienced is UNNACCEPTABLE.

Absolutely FANTASTIC stay to celebrate our engagement! Beautiful grounds, exceptionally appointed room, sparkling clean pools and breathtaking blue ocean views. We will definitely return! Every staff member we came across went out of their way to make our stay as best as it could be----a few stand outs including Anna, Jessica, Edgar and Aisha---thank you all for helping make our trip a memorable one!

This was a last-minute decision, and I am glad I decided to go to Cheeka Spa. The staff were very friendly and quickly responded to my every need. The facility and surrounds were wonderful.

We stayed in the Florida Keys for our honeymoon and this hotel exceeded every expectation. The property itself was stunning!! So clean, well maintained and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Do yourself a favor and book a sunset cruise with clearly unique ! We saw dolphins and the most memorable sunset! Super affordable and free drinks plus the captain was super entertaining! What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff at cheeca! Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive and eager to make our honeymoon special. From check-in to checkout, we felt genuinely cared for. The service was prompt, professional and personal. I’d like to spot light Jessica Wood ! We checked in and immediately felt welcomed and celebrated . She is the main reason we are planning to do a family trip very soon! The accommodation and her personality were so refreshing ! The epitome of hospitality! Everyone we saw had the same experience with her! 100/10 for whoever chose her for your establishment! That is a hiring win! Other mentions : Julie massage therapist- best massage I’ve ever had, pooch at the valet! So so helpful and nice, Joshua stopped on the golf cart and helped us and took photos without us even having to ask! Patrick at the tiki bar! The atmosphere was peaceful , location was perfect! So close to everything but still so quiet, romantic, the views were incredible, and the entire experience felt effortless. The food at Atlantics Edge and the views:TO DIE FOR. We are so grateful to the team for helping us start our marriage with such beautiful memories. 10/10 recommend for anyone celebrating something special. Local things we recommend: -feeding the tarpon at hungry tarpon (wouldn’t recommend eating there not good food) -sunset cruise with clearly unique -fishing off the dock
