What a view!
We loved the hotel. From the minute we drove on site, the entire staff was pleasant. Our rooms were ready when we arrived and were well advised as to the amenities available. The best part of the hotel was the view. We sat outside everyday enjoying the ocean during the day and live music at night. We are so happy with our stay and can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Stay -comfort, space and facilities
2 hour drive from Miami airport. Room was spacious and could fit 4 adults. Bathroom with a full bath tub and shower.Coffee machine in room with complimentary coffee. Several restaurants for lunch and dinner to choose from formal or informal dining. Golf carts can transfer you from your room to the long list of recreation and sport facilities available. Pickle ball is popular with two courts. Loved the walk along the pier with the blue ocean on either side. Spa on site. Walk ways and grounds are meticulous. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The main hotel has views of the ocean or the parking lot. Make a request for your preference . The bungalows have views of pool or other apartments. Wonderful stay!

Not worth the money
Rooms were outdated. Shower head did not work. AC unit leaking water. Staff was not friendly. Dirty Dishes from another guest were outside our room the entire stay. There is no beach.

This holiday, as we went around the table, sharing what we were thankful for, concierge Anna Butler was at the top of our list. Her smiling face and vivacious personality greeted us when we walked in the door and that warm welcome continued with every encounter throughout our stay. She's a ray of sunshine who seems genuinely committed to ensuring a positive guest experience. Mission accomplished! To be fair, every Cheeca Lodge staff member we encountered was gracious and friendly, but Anna stood out, and our family's vacation was all the more memorable as a result. Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
