We met Tiana at registration- such a gem. Professional insightful funny - an overall delight. The property is beautiful- not much has changed since the days of Pres Bush fishing tournaments - all continues to be luxurious w comfort.

This resort is beautiful with consistently great service. From the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by Tyanna to the time we left, everyone was helpful. It’s worth upgrading your room here, as there’s a big difference between standard resort/golf course view, bungalow, and oceanfront. We were lucky to be upgraded to a bungalow for our first three nights. The room was dated and could use some updates, but it was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of both the pool and ocean. We had a few minor issues upon arrival that the resort worked to fix right away, though they weren’t fully resolved until the next day. The manager, Natalie, was very understanding. Being late risers, we weren’t thrilled about early morning repair work right outside our door, it was noisy and disrupted our sleep, but it was nice to see improvements being made. The resort fee covered lots of amenities, and there was always something to do. I especially appreciated the free parking and the 24/7 shuttle that took us anywhere within 2 miles, with friendly, courteous drivers. On the property, but separate from the resort, was a company offering snorkel and sandbar tours, which was super convenient and so much fun.

My family arrived on Friday March 27 for a one night stay I was down in the keys on business but decided to bring the family for a weekend get away. Right from the entrance to the lobby our adventure began with the warmest welcome from Tyanna. Before we were checked in we knew it was going to be an unforgettable stay. Tyanna was so nice and friendly offered us bottled water and explained to us the resort amenities. She had us at sushi . Throughout our stay we kept running into her and she always greeted us with a smile. Her personality made our stay very memorable , we will definitely be returning. I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s an unbelievable experience. Our was all of that and more. Kudos to Tyanna an all the staff at the resort.

A beautiful and well-maintained resort in Islamorada! Plenty of amenities available such as tennis courts, a fitness center and spa, water sports, several on-site restaurants and bars and more. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious and was serviced daily. We have stayed at several properties in the Keys and have always preferred the Islamorada Key. I would also say that Cheeca Lodge is our favorite property on Islamorada. It's definitely not on the cheap site but we think it's worth it!

Cheeca Lodge is in a unique location on Islamorada with a private beach. The facilities are good with some signs of use. We enjoyed a penthouse suite which was exceptional. It is a good family resort. It appeared that many of the staff were new and could benefit from training in customer service and customer respect. We experienced minor difficulty with dinner reservations on Friday and Saturday evening. We highly recommend making dinner reservations well in advance for those nights. This resort has potential to be a 4 star or even a 5 star resort. We wish them the best as they seek to improve.

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
