I did not stay here during the time they said I did. Apparently, there may have been another guest with my similar name. Reservations never replied to any of my emails about I did not stay there. It was my Mom's 89th birthday so why would I be away. Be careful with your information at this hotel.

The resort is beautiful and the amenities are great - lots to do and fun for all. The grounds are immaculate - wonderful pools and beautiful view. You can fish, kayak, paddleboard, play tennis and pickleball. There is even a par 3 golfcourse. The resort is really nice - however, we had a 2 bedroom suite which looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was very outdated and not very clean - very disappointing. I just could not believe how bad the room was for the price. It was very expensive and was about the same as a Motel 6 :(

The staff are friendly enough to say hello when they see you but don’t really hold a conversation. The rooms were adequate and inline with a typical hotel room. Nothing special, but if you’re spending all your time in your room you’re probably missing the bigger picture. Their beach area is clean with more of a tiny rock gravel instead of “beach sand” so if you have kids they won’t be building sand castles. The beach itself is long enough to walk but is very short distance to the water so there’s not a lot of room for any activities other than sitting on the beach. The food was good but nothing special and is very expensive. Leave the hotel and save money by eating local, it’ll probably be better than the hotel food anyway. Overall this “resort” is nothing special. It’s extremely expensive for a room and on top of that no meals or beverages are included which makes their prices even more painful. While it is a very clean and comfortable resort I would not return here. I would look for places with better value and amenities.

I’m sure in its heyday this resort was amazing, but sadly this is no longer the case. The rooms are tired really tired. Maintenance is a huge issue… a/c not working, leaking refrigerators, I could go on and on. The bones are there but unless you are staying in the new oceanfront rooms in main hotel this is a hard pass.

I recently stayed at the Cheeca Lodge & Spa with my girlfriend. We had purchased the package through Luxury Link. Both of us were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities of the resort. Everything was just as the offer stated. The service was impeccable. If anything was amiss, it was quickly and courteously taken care of. The food was fantastic, and - did I mention the service? Everyone at this resort bent over backwards to make our stay was perfect. It was money well spent and a vacation to remember.
