My husband and I stayed here for the first time. It definitely won our hearts to return. The property is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Champagne is offered upon check in. The room was so spacious. The food and service at the restaurants and room service was never disappointing. We loved the soaking tub after a day of adventure in the sun. There are many activities to choose from. The adult only pool is situated away from the main pool and other amenities which makes it a nice secluded space. We really like to give an extra thank you to Bruce at the valet station and Shannon, the concierge, for giving us great suggestions for area restaurants and shopping. Till we meet again Cheeca Lodge and Spa. :) K & M McMillan

We upgraded our room to a resort room facing the ocean. I loved the view. The tiki bar was all you could want with descent drinks and lovely appetizers. We had the conch fritters which are a must have when in the Keyes. The hummus was good too. Dinner options were interesting we ate at the Atlantis restaurant. Service was outstanding. The fig proisutto pizza had potential but was very hard to cut or chew and they dropped the proisutto on top in the middle if the pie. It also had very little cheese. I would avoid it. They did give a discount off the pie and gave us free dessert. That made it an enjoyable experience by making things right. The property is beautiful and the staff was attentive. The items included in the resort fee could use improvements. The kayak was great but the paddles and life jackets need replacement. Overall a lovely stay. Might try other hotels in the area next time.

My husband and I just returned from a six day getaway to Cheeca Lodge. We stayed in a Beach Bungalow. The room was spacious and decorated nicely. The staff at this resort never disappointed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly and personable staff. We were offered champagne as we checked in. We were escorted by golf cart to our room. The water sports staff was helpful and friendly. The servers in the restaurants were all personable and attentive. (Especially, Sidney and Ben):). It was evident that the the management of this staff assured that the grounds were kept impeccably. Using the amenities of this resort were made easy. Thank you for making our getaway one to remember.

It has been a great experience and even better experience because of our server Rene. She was excellent and exceeded our expectations and really connected with our group. Would definitely visit this place again and look forward to seeing Rene again!

We just got back from a 4 night stay at Cheeca and had a WONDERFUL time! I can't think of anything negative to say. Everything was perfect! Our room was a resort view and it was perfect since we were in the room to only sleep and shower. Housekeeping was great and it was nice to come back to a clean room and chocolates on the bed at night. We booked three excursions through Cheeca and all three were excellent! The parasailing crew were hilarious and made the trip so much fun despite my fear of heights. :) The fishing excursion was AWESOME! We had Captain Ron from Pirate for Hire, and we caught soooooo many fish! My 9 year old daughter even caught her first tarpon! We also booked the 1 hour guided jet ski tour which took us back through the mangroves where we saw stingrays and two nurse sharks. My daughter and I can't wait to go back!
