Excellent customer care

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

We stayed at Wild Dunes for our annual meeting. The whole stay was terrific especially the customer service. Big shout out to Mason the manager and Daveia at the front desk. The check in experience was excellent. I am grateful to them for helping us through a couple of issues. Great people make the difference! Highly recommend!!

Nice resort, smelly water

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The food at the restaurants were great but very pricey. Really enjoyed the ice cream shop. That is a nice touch. The room was nice and clean but the water in the master smelled like sewage and it made the whole room smell awful. That is the only reason we didn’t rate our stay higher.

Fun Family Time!

Logan our valley at the Sweetgrass Inn was very helpful and cheerful! He assisted us with our luggage quickly! Sweetgrass Inn was very clean and rooms were comfortable. Lots of good food options around the property. Love that beach is easily accessible

Classic Beachfront Resort

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Stayed on Hyatt points which was a much better value than the cash rate. Property is expansive and the Isle of Palms is beautiful and easily accessible from Charleston. Played pickleball, enjoyed the beach, and walking the property. Hotel room was large but dated, and the guest mix varied from older couples to families with small children. Nice place to visit for a few days, but not for those expecting a luxury retreat. If you like the beach, you won't be disappointed.

I must say when I stumbled upon your website I was skeptical of the amazing price you offered for this resort. Our trip was truly magical, we drove from Jacksonville, Florida with our son to meet my brother and his family for the first time. First off, when we arrived at our room which was perfectly placed above the spa and across from the Laughing Gull and pool, we were pleasantly surprised to find a balcony that stretched around the entire corner of the building. Our stay was even more enhanced with the breakfast meal vouchers for each morning we were there and the personalized greeting card. I will definitely be returning and will be using Luxury Link again.
