Suzanne at the concierge was helpful every day and really made a big difference in my stay. I booked a condo 2 miles from the resort but it is through Hyatt andi includes access to all of the hotel amenities. Parking was included in the condo and valet at $10 a day at the hotel properties where the pools and easy beach access are. I got lucky and found free parking by the tennis courts on the brick lot every day. I thought that the restaurant and bar down by the golf course was the best I tried on the property.

The Sweetgrass and Boardwalk In at the Wild Dunes Resort is a lovely welcoming site. The hotel is well laid out with great views. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The conference areas are easy to find and spacious. The food was delicious at all; the breakfast, lunch and dinner event

Mason, the Manager, and Andrew are the best! They are welcoming and professional and so helpful. They made our trip the best it could be and we truly appreciate them. They both treated us like we were there VIPs! Thank you so much. You helped make our trip memorable.

We visited here for the first time and while it was nice, the value isn’t there. Restaurants are twice the cost of local restaurants. The staff is friendly, but young and inexperienced. There were several times when no one answered the phone at the front desk. Our Nexpresso was broken, and the front desk suggested we buy a cup at the restaurant. Upon registration we gave the clerk our Hyatt card and she said oh great for you. We never got any points for our stay ( Travel Zoo ) ok, but we got zero points for restaurants and Spa expenditures. Seems cheap to us. It also took 2 weeks to get a response from Hyatt. That and the Hyatt web site is wonky……

It was my second year staying. My room was clean and the staff always nice. I can't wait for year 3.

I must say when I stumbled upon your website I was skeptical of the amazing price you offered for this resort. Our trip was truly magical, we drove from Jacksonville, Florida with our son to meet my brother and his family for the first time. First off, when we arrived at our room which was perfectly placed above the spa and across from the Laughing Gull and pool, we were pleasantly surprised to find a balcony that stretched around the entire corner of the building. Our stay was even more enhanced with the breakfast meal vouchers for each morning we were there and the personalized greeting card. I will definitely be returning and will be using Luxury Link again.
