Incredible hotel in a fabulous setting with amazing views and superior customer service. Location was excellent. The bars and restaurant facilities were great. We had perfect weather and when not experiencing the many sights, could lounge by the pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to family, friends and colleagues. We will def return. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special.

Staying at this hotel make you feel like staying in an luxury museum. they serve breakfast in balcony which is amazing experience to have your breakfast with phosphorous view.

We stayed at your suites (464) for 3 nights. Housekeeping was very good, but very disappointed with the same breakfast menu for 3 days straight. We took the VIP arrival package, the experience was outstanding and beyond our expectations. Concierge was very helpful with ordering my wife's cravings for some Turkish street food.

This is highest quality hotel I have ever been in and is by far second to none. The rooms were impeccable, the location on Bosphorus, and incredible service made it memorable. We had an exceptional dinner in our room at midnight! Ugur, Didem, and Zeki made sure every need was met and then some. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else and want to try some of their other properties.
