The hotel is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Luxury to another level. All the staff are courteous and wanting to help. Rooms are wonderful - we had a beautiful balcony with views over the Bosporous! We went to the coffee shop as well several times to eat. It is in a lovely location and you can literally relax all afternoon there with a coffee or a drink. Highly recommend.

A truly beautiful hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms have every facility. The level of cleanliness is perfect. My husband has disability and everything was made easy for him. I couldn’t praise or recommend enough. Couldn’t wish for anything more.

Amazing hotel. Everything was more than perfect. I think it is the best hotel on the Bosphorus of Istanbul. The room was super nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were so comfortable, staff was warm and friendly, food was delicious. Thanks Kempinski

You guys are amazing, clean bathroom, floors, and morning Gowns.. the head of the butler Mr Necmeddin Ekinci treated us with dignity and respect.. he makes sure we don’t lack anything . Can’t wait visit again with my entire family. This review will not be complete if I did not made measured of the palatable food and adorable servers that work in that hotel.
