Fantastic stay at Divan in every aspect
Where do I start? My husband and I absolutely LOVE this hotel. What makes it amazing is the staff and mgmt. Truly outstanding service and they go above and beyond to surprise the guests and keep us engaged and happy. Special managers that are superb: Bulent Colak & Nilgun … they got to know us and made us feel so welcome. Definitely a must return next time we are in Turkey. Divan is an excellent brand!

Divan Istanbul Hotel beat all expectations!
When the hotel and the staff treat the guests as family then you know this hotel is worth the 5-star rating and some. The staff are awesome, the service is superb, the location is incredibly convenient, and the breakfast is out of this world. This was my first time experience in a high end Turkish hotel. I usually stay in the high end American brand hotels but after this phenomenon experience I am going to stay in Turkish hotels where experience becomes incomparable. The rate of the room is also excellent compared to the American brand hotels. I love it how this hotel in centrally located with few minutes of walking to Taksim Square and to Nişantaşı where all best shopping and eateries are abundant and cater to all tastes and styles. I highly recommend this hotel without any doubt or reservation.

Great Hotel at good location
The reservation process was very smooth and Merve Takir did a great job! The hotel is clean, with several good restaurants and a perfect location.

Friendly and Attentive Staff.
The Divan at Taxim is a fine hotel with the most attentive staff we have ever encountered. The room was clean and tidy. Our housekeeper, Yeter Dikbas, was very efficient and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it to anyone coming to Istanbul.

The Divan provided some of the best service I've had in my world travels
From the minute we arrived at this hotel, the service was superb. We were greeting with a friendly smiles a juice and a water. The room is very comfortable with a great view of the bosporous. We had a gorgeous bowl of fruit and sweets that we enjoyed during the entire stay. They even refreshed it the next day. The restaurants in the hotel are top-notch as well. The food was exquisite and the variety of flavors was far beyond my expectations. Everything about this day was a five-star. I will definitely be coming back here.
