It was a very wonderful experience throughout the week, and the hotel and its staff were extremely kind and professional. Special thanks to Eda and Iptihag.

I have been to my fair share of hostel spas with swimming pools, and ok this is a five star hotel so one would expect nothing less but I have to say this facility is truly stunning. It has its own hamman, which is truly worth a visit just for that, perfect temperate marble table with ample filling stations. So we have a great sauna, a wonderful steam room, showers, gym and ample sized swimming pool. What truly made this spa resort outstanding was the staff who absolutely without doubt are the most loving and caring people I have met, Demmit and Annie are truly angels Aberconway cannot do enough, always at hand and they never rush you, sways have time and there English is perfect. If you are staying in the hotel then it’s a must, and even if you are just passing again please do stop in defiantly worth it, ask for Demmit, truly an outstanding member of staff.

My husband and I arrived in Istanbul after Christmas 2025 and loved the first experience of entering the Divan Hotel (Istanbul). The twinkling fairy lights outside and the beautifully, festive decorated entrance with the stunning Christmas tree, set the science for a magical stay. The vanilla candle smell in the lobby was a perfect aroma to the contrasting scent outside. My brother and his kids had invited us to this trip and our expectations have been exceeded! One of our favourites has been the super clean experience at the Spa and Hammam. A shout out goes to Demet, the very friendly receptionist, who from the first day we went down, greeted us with such a warm welcome and enthusiasm - that meant a lot to us! We also loved how Shafa at the concierge desk helped us to organise the Bosphorus boat trip. One must make use of the staff‘s brilliant expertise and support! Breakfast was also a lovely experience and treat! Thank you to ALL the amazing staff that made our stay into the New Year 2026 an incredible experience. Professional, polite, and efficient staff in the reception of the hotel. especially Yiğiz, Iptihac and Evren, have been outstanding. They were always impeccably dressed, very professional, polite, and welcoming. Big thanks to Shafa, for helping us with transport and tours with appreciated kindness and patience! The restaurant staff, especially Damla Bal, Berkay Atum, and Tayfun Poyraz, were exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. In the spa and pool area All staff members were consistently professional, polite, and efficient specially Demet and Hilal were highly responsible, welcoming, and courteous. The swimming pool, sauna, and facilities were impeccably clean.
