The hotel looks like 5 star hotel. the furniture is old the bed sofa is very bad and needs to be replaced or heavy maintained while I paid for a 3 person sweet I couldn't sleep I felt like I in a hole head and feet are up and the center is down . The breakfast time is limited to 10:00 without any consideration to family's ,children ,senior and sick people coming after 10:00 the employees showed us roughness and lack of interest to help or provide a compensation I paid 3 person breakfast no body informed me when I checked in about the location or time , The room service employees are very helpful and the Room is clean also the 2 bath rooms

We stayed only one night here but I can easily recommend this hotel. We were coming back from Sri Lanka and had only one night in Istanbul. Our arrival was already early morning, however we arrived earlier almost 1 hour like 4:00am. Actually, my husband wrote an e-mail before our arrival for early check-in but we couldn't be sure. After spending some time at Ataturk airport we came over to Divan. Since the beginning, the staff was very professional, genial and helpful. They made us feel that it's not a problem to arrive there earlier than scheduled time once there is available room. We were given a very nice room with a nice city and sea view. It was very quiet, clean, comfortable and well designed. To access to the WiFi connection we had been told to choose a paid plan and it will not be charged. As the bellman specified we were not charged. I needed help regarding to send a package to another city in Turkey and concierge staff helped me, even he rendered my package nice and showed me before giving to the carrier. We had another breakfast plan, so I cannot comment about it but I know how their patisserie amazing is. Additionally, there is hair saloon and as a women I can say that is great especially for the emergency situations. We had no time to relax at spa but next time I will use it. They were so nice during our check out, managed our taxi reservation according to our flight time. We travel to Istanbul very often and Taksim is very appropriate for us to reach our all destinations in a short time because of its location. So we had been searching a nice and safe hotel over there. Finally we got it!

We had dinner with friends at this hotel's restaurant with outdoor sitting. Despite being right next to the bustling Taksim Square, it was pretty quiet there. The staff was very courteous and there were few people there on a summer Saturday night. The food selection was fine but with limited vegetarian options.
