Easy experience booking spa
Emircan was incredibly helpful with our spa reservations at Shangri-La. He handled the entire process seamlessly, and took care to explain the prices and packages. He took the time to ensure everything was arranged exactly how we wanted. He was professional, kind, and very thoughtful.
