Blown away by the staff and level of service. Being a shangri-la hotel, I expected the comfort of the rooms and overall quality of hotel. What really set this apart was the staff in this hotel. Every single person i interacted with was beyond expectations. I would only ever stay here from now on when visiting Istanbul. Location is wonderful, breakfast on the water every morning was an amazing way to start of each morning. Can’t wait To be back.

Amazing location. Amazing staff. Amazing experience. The best location for Boshporus sight seeing. Everything was perfect!

Easy process for pickup. Was waiting for us with a comfortable temperature and loaded luggage with no issues. Easy transfer to hotel from airport especially at 4am. Highly recommend.
