A wonderful hotel
We have stayed 6 nights and had a most wonderful stay in a Premier Bosphorus Room - beautiful hotel, excellent location as well as outstanding service and friendly staff.

A beautifully located hotel with an excellent staff. Our room was huge with all the modern amenities, the only thing I noticed that with my iPhone could not stream as the hotel only supported Samsung equipment.

Emircan was very helpful. Reception staff also gave good information. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel is one of the best I have had the privelage to stay in!!! Will come back for sure.

An Absolutely Fantastic Experience in Every Way
We just returned from a trip to Istanbul and a luxurious stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. We booked a suite on the Horizon level and the room was large with immaculate and tasteful décor and a view of the Bosphorus that was absolutely breathtaking. We travel all over the world and have stayed in many of the luxury brand hotels like Four Seasons, St. Regis, Ritz, Como, etc., but never Shangri-La and we came away extremely impressed. We loved the hotel décor throughout and the service was a 10++. Every single staff member from front desk and concierge to cleaning crew, drivers, waiters and bartenders went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of every minute of our stay. I just cannot say enough about this entire trip and I wish I had the names of everyone that made this so special. We will return and look no farther than the Shangri-La! Pros: Over the top service (we recommend the Horizon class perks), large room size, tasteful décor, total hotel cleanliness, spa, diverse fitness center, and view. We loved the location and walked to dinner several nights and used the fantastic Shangri-La car service other nights. We were right next to the ferry line which we loved as we jumped on a 15 minute ferry to the Asian side one day (highly recommended) and a 1 1/2 hour sightseeing cruise around the Bosphorus another day. Cons: We had to leave.
