Exceptional Hospitality at Shangri-La Bosphorus
I had another wonderful stay at Shangri-La Bosphorus, where the team consistently delivers excellence and heartfelt hospitality. Special thanks to Ms. Özgen Yilmaz and her team for the warm welcome, which always makes me feel at home. A heartfelt compliment to Ms. Berfne (apologies if I misspelled) for arranging the BIR amenities so perfectly—she truly went above and beyond. I would also like to recognize Çem Bey, Director of Food & Beverage, and Chef Erhan for the outstanding breakfast experience. Every detail was impeccable, and the flavors were unforgettable. My gratitude also goes to Ayten Subaşi and Ferhan Durmuş for maintaining such a neat and tidy room. Their attention to detail ensured a comfortable and spotless environment throughout my stay. Finally, a special mention to Mr. Atay, Duty Manager, whose professionalism and attentive care added to the overall excellence of my visit. The dedication and warmth of the entire team made my stay truly memorable. Shangri-La Bosphorus continues to set the standard for luxury hospitality in Istanbul.
