Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul

This is a beautiful beautiful hotel. The customer experience was very good. The location is very great. The staff were helpful The breakfast was good. The rooms were exquisite. Generally, the hotel is abit expensive compared to others but worth it. I would definitely return. Well worth my money! Davin the Customer Experience Manager was delightful and attentive. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Dinner with the Bosphorus view was a highlight and breakfast the next morning was fresh and tasty. We felt very welcome and would love to come back.

I recently stayed at the Shangri-La hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The staff were excellent – very friendly and professional in their interactions. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, which was not up to standard. If possible, I’ll upload a photo to show what I mean. Another thing to note is that the hotel has only a few floors, so don’t expect the kind of high-rise views you might get from taller buildings in the city. On the positive side, the location is fantastic. It’s very close to historical sites and museums, and transportation is extremely convenient – just a two-minute walk to the bus stop and even the ferry terminal. The hotel is right by the sea, and in the evenings, people gather along the shore to sing, eat, and chat, which creates a wonderful and lively atmosphere. Keep in mind, though, that the beach here is not suitable for swimming

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. A truly high class hotel with every member of staff being very attentive. Greta views, delicious breakfast, breathtaking view from the lounge on 6 floor. Spacious rooms, aqua di Parma shampoos etc Very good location, oasis of tranquility, close to the embankment, Galataport port, streets with local street food, bars and pubs. Very good choice of in-room dining.
