If you want to be in the Ni┼čanta┼č─▒ area (for some reason that escapes me), this is the hotel to stay. Warm and friendly service, very clean, not noisy considering the traffic nearby, close to everywhere, not very expensive. They used to have 'Molton Brown' in the bathrooms which is my favorite :-) Any hotel that uses it is a plus in my book. I hope they still do and you will enjoy it as much as I did.

I never write reviews on any sort of websites. But my experience at this hotel was so horrible i needed to warn other guests so no one books this hotel! My first complaint was that their room service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. They can go on until 5pm and no one is sent to clean the rooms, and when they do it looks like they haven't! Dirty sinks, empty tissue boxes that don't get replaced, they don't replace the vanity kits, the bed sheets and pillow cases are all filled with stains even when i request to get the sheets changed!!!!! Furthermore their staff at the main restaurant where they serve breakfast are the rudest I've ever met!! And the WORST part of our stay to our astonishment was that the hotel had hosted a halloween party in their lobby on Friday the 26th of October!! Yes the hotel does not have a night club and hosted an insanely LOUD party right in the middle of the hotel lobby!! Our room was located in the second floor and the whole room was vibrating from the noise of the bass of the music. It all started at 7pm so i called the reception to inquire when is the party going to end i was informed it will end at 12 midnight. Me and my husband decided to leave the hotel until midnight. To our surprise when we got back the party was still going on as loud as ever! I went to speak to the manager at the front desk, he said theres its Friday night and this is Nisantisi there's nothing he can do! I was furious and kept telling him he needs to keep his hotel guests satisfied and prioritize them. He said he will try to lower the music and that the party wont end until 2 am!! We have an early day planned tomorrow. No email or letter was sent to us informing us about this ridiculous inconvenience! Please bare in mind the hotel has no dedicated area for this party! Therefore no specific club or lounge area which would usually have adequate sound proofing to prevent hotel guests from being disturbed The night manager wouldn't even give me his name for me to file a complaint. Its 1 am and i am still unable to sleep. Worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend anyone staying at this hotel! They have not earned their 5 star rating at all!!

- the check in process was rather swift. - location was key as it's in the middle of the buzz. - the selection of art was on point. - Staff very accommodating and every request was done in no time at all. - The room felt rather used and abused, the paint was cracked at most places. - The headboard of the bed had serious water damage. - The chair in the room was stained with visible marks. - The A/C went off in the middle of the night, we called the reception to inquire they advised to open the window as a solution . So we ended up with numerous mosquito bites . - The water stopped working at the middle of the day, called the reception twice to get it fixed. - The mini bar was not cleared out as I've requested during my booking.

The staff was very welcoming. The price might be a little high, but it is worth it. The breakfast was good, so were the rooms which we stayed at. Staff was friendly and the location is amazing ! Will definitely come back if possible.
