The only good 3 things in the hotel was the location, the concierge man Mr.Deniz, and Ms.Asrar from Reception Desk. Mr.Deniz was very very helpful and he was very aware of our needs as a ladies from shopping and good restaurants. Rooms was dark and dull, the rooms colors was not friendly at all. Needs to be changed to be lighter and brighter.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. A considerable amount of money has been stolen from our room the day before our departure. When applied to the management, we were promised that an investigation among the staff members will be done and we will be notified with its results the next day. Till now, more than three weeks from the incident, hotel management has ignored the case not having even the decency to reply to the our written complaint with some kind of apology or compensation. The rooms and corridor are very very dark in this hotel but the location is very good.

Always a pleasure to return to my old hometown Istanbul and our stay at The Sofa Hotel made our trip even better. The location is fantastic, in the middle of shopping and dining, easy to get around with public transportation or taxi if desired. The rooms are large and spacious, always clean with desireable amenities. We might have wanted a few more hangers in the bathroom for our towels but other than that we have absolutely no complaints. Sedat in the lobby was fantastic when greeting us and Metin at the front desk was a top level professional who did what he can and a little bit more to help us when we received deliveries or asked about traffic disruptions due to May 1st. The Sofa Hotel is great value for money, the staff shows a tremendous level of professionalism that other hotels with higher star ranking in Istanbul have not been able to show. We can't wait to come back to this lovely establishment. Her sey icin sonsuz tesekkurler.
