Reviews for Las Brisas Ixtapa
Fantastic resort/hotel with clean rooms and amazing views. I would like to see the lighting improved in the bathrooms, too dark for me. loved the service and the food as well. I would strongly suggest this location to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with the best views of the Pacific Ocean.
I don't have anything bad to say about our stay. Service was great, the location is breathtaking, the price and quality of the food are remarkable, I was expecting to be expensive but it is actually within the price you'll pay in ana other restaurant. Rooms are clean and quiet. Several natural areas to enjoy and evade from the noise. We had a late flight so they even let us make a late checkout without extra cost. Everything was awesome, I'll definitely come back.

Very nice, without a doubt one of the best beach resorts on the Mexican Rivera. Private beach which means more control less crime less people trying to sell you trinkets. Beautiful pools with cascades. Great service. Beautiful beach. Every room is a suite. Downside very few dining choices if you go non all inclusive. Rooms a little dated which can be expected for a resort of her age. Also everything a little expensive for Mexican standards. Mixed drinks 110 pesos. Beers 45 pesos. Dinner 250 pesos a plate a la carte. Also they charge for bottles of water 40 pesos. If you use the coffe maker in the room they charge you 75 pesos. Each room has a view, a balcony and a hammock. Definitely we will be coming back. I want people to know what to expect if you don't go all inclusive like we did. The breakfast is great at 250 pesos a person. Fresh cafe de la olla, fresh squeezed orange juice and omelette station. I recommend you do not buy the all inclusive package because it's double in price. Also don't use the hotel taxis they are 110 pesos to Zihua Centro. In daylight hours better to take the bus it's about 1/3 of a mile from the hotel entrance but the 14 peso price makes it worth the hike. Safe travels Gracias Las Brisas no vamos pronto.

With the help of all staff and especially Martina Garcia, chief concierge, a pampered and fabulous holiday. Where to start with praises? Kindness and genuine concern, follow through. Excellent food with the freshly made salsa in the Mexican Gourmet too delicious and extremely difficult to save room for tamales Marisco. The balcony and sea view and sound of waves intoxicating. Linen, cleanliness superb. Snorkeling of coral as beautiful as the Great Barrier Reef. I cannot say enough. Look forward for return and celebration of days for the 'mortir'. Heart felt thanks to the wonderful people of Ixtapa and Zihautinero. Gracias Senorita Janet Leigh -RENO

Our group of 17 adults..9 <40yo and 8 older adults...had GREAT time, in the off season Great staff and food/dining experience...from the pool to the specialty restaurants.. The rooms were Quiet where we never heard anyone, even in the early morning hours.. Since we were on the 19th floor (reception and lobby on 18th) and open to hearing noise from lobby entertainment at night, a bit of noise, but hey tired and music etc ended at 10pm or so, so overall all's well
