Resort
Food is very limited on beach as its a buffet. Hotdogs and Burgers. Food at pool is very good and lots of selection. Used to be you could order off menu for Brisas Plan all inclusive but not anymore. Used to get ice cream and fruits at pool but not anymore. Used to have nightly entertainment but not anymore. Quiet resort. Staff is great all the waiting staff and the life guards and brisas kids clubs are 5 stars. Needs improvement food and beverage but hopefully changes with new food and beverage manager that just started a month ago.

Wonderful Experience at Las Brisas Kid's Club
Las Brisas Kid's Club is absolutely wonderful! Jimena and Perla were so good with our youngest child (5 years old). She attended Kid's Club every day for her favourite activities and had a blast every day! Definitely recommend Las Brisas Kid's Club when you're there.

Iconic hotel aging well
We loved our stay at Las Brisas Ixtapa. We tried the spa and were pleasantly surprised; amazong massage by Perla and a nice steam room. Our kids loved the kids club with Perla/Jimena. Great activites and very nice prizes for the kids. They wanted to to back. Fantastic service at the beach with the dream trio of old-timers Margarito/Sergio/Alberto along with the rest of the staff. A very-well run property that has ton of charm.

Not Great Will not return or recommend
Hi there we don’t like to complain very much. Been to over 25 all inclusive resorts over the last 15years. This is by far the worst we have went to. Staff is amazing, Good Service, beach is amazing as well that’s the only pros. Rooms air conditioning is terrible in all rooms as we had friends with us & other people we talked to in resort 26 degrees in the room is coldest. Had them try to fix it but they say air conditioner needs to be replaced. The pools are small & in ruff shape. They say the resort is all inclusive lol not.Food is all cold, quality isn’t great & small selection. There are 3 things you can order at 2 of 3 a la cart restaurants. The rest is extra costs. The alcohol they say is all domestic is included. Pretty bad selection for example you have to pay for mimosas & many other drinks. The resort is a hotel as-well so some people don’t have all inclusive. Every time you go somewhere you have give them your room number & sign the bill when you leave. No entertainment at all no music no bands absolutely nothing.Thats a first for us.We will never return to this property your best to try Barcelo or anywhere else.

Awesome dinners awesome hotel
They were attentive and super friendly really enjoyed Carlos who was new to the resort The food was fantastic. The atmosphere was really good. We really like this resort and would recommend it to everyone
