Easily the most incompetent staff and worst resort I've ever encountered in Mexico. Which is really a shame because the beach is gorgeous and the beachside pool is nice. The units are adequate and the food quality is awful. But these would be only inconveniences if it wasn't for the front office staff who are either ignorant or deceptive. We left early after only four days of dealing with power outages, broken laundry machines and lousy food. We prepaid for the all inclusive packege, and was told a refund would be issued for the remainder after we left Mexico. How is this a thing? The front desk agent actually hand wrote our cc number, expiration date and security code on a sheet of paper, violating all sorts of security protocols. When we asked for a business card for the manager, we were told they don't have any. Not wanting to take chances, we cancelled our credit card immediately after watching the haphazard our our information was handled. We had tons of other problems at this resort, from language barriers to accessibility issues, but I don;t have the time to list all of them.

I cannot believe how amazing the resort and staff were. Fernanda was able to answer all questions about the property, had great suggestions for restaurants in the area, and helped us get reservations for any activity and restaurant on property. Rodrigo helped us schedule our fishing and ATV excursions. Both times we were picked up at the resort and taken out to go have an absolute blast. So much fun. 1010 Will go back!!!!

Lovely spot with friendly staff and beautiful beach. Restaurants are mediocre and opened sporadically, giving little options. The evening restaurant on the beach is to far for anyone with mobility issues to walk. Overall a lovely spot. The employees in the towel check out were especially friendly and helpful. Fernanda, one of the Concierges, is amazing. As is Alfonso. The restaurants need work. And there were not enough options of restaurants to chose from. There needs to be transportation out yo through b the beach BBQ for this whose mobility is impared. .

Despite some weird policies set in place in the last year or so, Pacifica still is our favorite vacation spot. We have been coming here for the last 30 years! The best things about Pacifica are the beautiful beach, the proximity to Ixtapa and the wonderful people who work at the resort. Without these people Pacifica would be nothing. Just to name a few, Alvis, Perfecto, Freddy, Thomas, Captain Javier, Captian Roberto, Bulmora, Benjaman, Erica and Irving. These are just a few of the employees who always go out of their way to smile and say Hola whether they have ever served us or not. We look forward to returning next March.

Pacifica is a very special place for those who want to experience “old Mexico” in comfort and natural beauty. We have been going for years and they continue to improve the accommodations, restaurants, beachfront, landscaping, etc. Very personalized service. Cannot say enough about the service of all employees (too numerous to mention) and this aspect is what makes the trip so enjoyable. The people are warm, friendly and attentive… someone at the top of this organization understands the value of service and it shows everywhere. We are counting the weeks until we return! ¡Hasta proximo año!
