This hotel has very interesting history. There is a wonderful but small lobby area. Beautiful artwork to view. They have very nice staff working the front desk and the restaurant. Breakfast there was excellent. The rooms are not anything special. The shower curtain is a dark material which makes the shower feel smaller and darker. Some of the second floor rooms are right above the bar and can be very loud when there is a band.

What a wonderful hotel, the location is perfect. The staff is so welcoming and really want to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Loved the history of the property and enjoyed lunch in the silver dollar grill. I highly recommend the Wort hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Was here for a 2 day business meeting, combined with family time for some of the board members. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The staff are courteous and efficient. The housekeeping was impressively nice and very prompt. The meeting room was sufficient, although climate control was a little difficult, but that's hardly worth complaining about. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking around the small town, visiting local breweries and even (I was told) walkable to the local rodeo that some attended. Enjoyed learning the history of the place too. Food was good, not great (cold eggs for the meeting buffet), burnt toast at the restaurant, they forgot my soup when I ordered room service. Otherwise, would recommend it for families and business meetings.

The Wort Hotel reminds me of the Hotel Del in Coronado and the Banff Springs Hotel in Banff. They all all wonderful old hotels with a lot of history. Historical photos everywhere. The carved doors on some of the rooms were a real surprise. Also the comfortable leather chairs in the bedrooms. I want to move in and stay here! If you come to Jackson Hole you must stay here.

Full of history. Best bed I ever slept in. The décor of the hotel is western, room large, and well appointed. Loved all the hand carved woodwork. Dinner was special. Great short ribs and well presented. Bar is beautiful. The room was very comfortable. Loved staying there. The experience was unique.
