We stayed here as our kick off point for our tours of Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. We had a very enjoyable stay and enjoyed the town as well. The location is perfect for those wanting to walk around town. The room was clean, the AC worked great even in the unusual heat wave and service from all the staff was great. The Wi-Fi was free and fast. Overall, a great way to start our trip and we would stay there again.

I have traveled around the world and stayed at different classes of hotels, this is one of the best hotel that I have stayed. I love the spacious room, the comfort of bed and bedding, it is very clean, up dated, great internet speed, nightly turned down services (not too many high end hotels are still doing this classic service). The staff from the front deck to service staff were excellent, they would try everything they could to be sure that your stay at this hotel is comfortable and well taken cared of!! They have thought of everything and doing their best to make you feel like a VIP guest:)) I think other hotels should look up to The Wort Hotel as a good example of how to be a better "Hotel Service" in this industry!!

Our night at the Wort was supposed to be a relaxing, calm treat after a long day of travel. I booked the (very expensive) room almost a year in advance. The hotel is lovely and our room was very nice. However: our view was of a wooden wall and some trash; the tub backed up over two inches during my shower--and the live band in the bar below our room kept us awake past our bedtime. When we called the front desk we were told "there's nothing we can do". When we checked out, no one asked how our stay was; I asked for a manager and had to wait several minutes. Once he arrived, while I explained our issue with the noise, he stared at a computer screen and mumbled a weak apology. He then made excuses, basically told me it was our fault, and offered us free breakfast as an apology. This hotel has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service; when a guest is spending over $450 for a room, she should not be blamed for the hotel's inability to insulate rooms from sound. We will not stay here again and don't recommend this hotel.

There location is great, service good, everything clean, but hotel is dated showers hard to use , air conditioner was extremely noisy and if you have a back room you get a 5am wake up from delivery trucks. On scale of 1-10 it's a 7 great for families

This is a very lovely historical hotel in the heart of the village of Jackson Hole. We loved the location. You can walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was really nice, with a comfortable bed. The parking situation is better than explained on the hotel website. We found everything about this hotel better than we expected. We ate at the connected restaurant and it was fabulous. The room was cleaned timely and the houskeeping staff was anxious to please. We would definately stay here again.
