My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary in Jackson and spent three wonderful nights at the Rusty Parrot. After three decades of staying at some excellent Conrad and Waldorf properties, this one has officially become our favorite—yes, it beat them all. From the friendly text from management the day before we arrived, it was clear this place does hospitality right. With a smaller number of rooms, the staff actually knows who you are (imagine that!) and treats you like you’re their most important guest—without being over the top. The location is perfect: just a few short blocks from the heart of Jackson and an easy walk, even when the temperature reminds you that you’re in Wyoming. And if you opt for daily housekeeping, your room gets refreshed twice a day, each time with a thoughtful, classy touch that makes you smile when you walk back in. The Rusty Parrot made our anniversary trip truly special, and we’re already looking forward to our return.

This hotel was incredible in every way. Cleanliness is my number one priority and it was immaculate! The staff was so kind and made my birthday very special. Breakfast was fantastic! The location to town was perfect but also felt quiet and peaceful. An absolute 5 star hotel!

This hotel was AMAZING. We absolutely loved our stay. Everyone working the valet and the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Binoculars or walking sticks for hikes? No problem. Water bottles? No problem. Reservation at the hotel restaurant the day of? No problem. Fixing the hot water in the tub when it ran cold one night? DONE. We asked for all of this and more and they never made us feel bad for asking -- instead made us feel like the most special guests in the most special place. The rooms were perfectly furnished with charming touches, and the quiet location is perfect (Close enough to walk into town for anything, but far away from the main square.) The food is great, the people are great, and we are already talking about coming back. As a side note, we also stayed at another hotel in Teton Village during our trip. There, even though we paid more and the hotel has a "luxurious" reputation, we felt like they did not care at all about our experience and had a MUCH better time at RP. Plus, RP is a family and locally owned business. Choose them!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rusty Parrot. Our room was beautiful, service is outstanding. All staff was very polite and helpful. Very close to Jackson Hole Town Square where we walked every day. And loved the daily cookies and coffee, candy delivered to our room every night! Nowhere better to stay if you’re visiting Jackson Hole…hope to visit again
