Beginning in 2015 my husband and I stayed at The Rusty Parrot, a small boutique hotel, for 5 years. Then they had the devastating fire and we watched them rebuild for the next five years. We were finally able to return this year and what a nice experience! The entire facility is extremely well designed and constructed. We loved the suite. We especially enjoyed the balcony and quiet location. The staff is so friendly and competent. Look forward to returning next year.

This place sets the standard. It is probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. One reason is all the doors have soft close hinges. In other words, the rude, inconsiderate folks that just let the door slam don’t get the chance. The beds are comfortable. The front desk staff is very attentive to every need you might have. It is definitely our go to, next time we are in the area!

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights at the Rusty Parrot in Jackson, WY. We had never been to the Jackson Hole area before and chose the Rusty Parrot based on a strong recommendation on andrewharper.com. We weren’t disappointed as our stay there well exceeded our expectations. The Rusty Parrot is a relatively new hotel property having been built after a devastating fire several years ago. The property is conveniently located just off the main Square. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed with all the modern conveniences one would expect from a newly-built hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The in-house restaurant, Wild Sage, is very good and sports an imaginative and well-curated wine list. While the hotel does not have a fitness center, we enjoyed the free e-bikes that the hotel provided and, while we did not take advantage of the spa, understand from other guests that it is one of the best in Jackson and is frequented by guests staying at other high-end hotels in the area. While not inexpensive, we felt the Rusty Parrot was fairly priced relative to the other high-end properties in and around Jackson. I would highly recommend the Rusty Parrot to anyone visiting Jackson Hole looking to stay in town. We will certainly return in the future.

Hands down one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. The free cookies and coffee outstanding. Really can not think of one thing to change about this hotel. We can not wait to stay here again.

There's nothing rusty about the Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa -- in fact, the boutique property was completely rebuilt in the past year and delivers a topnotch hotel experience, from the superb linens, pillows and blankets to the quiet rooms with the best blackout curtains, to the daily scrumptious cookies and chocolates. And a special shout-out to the extremely helpful and kind personnel at the front desk! They were always eager to help us find a good restaurant or prepare us for a day in one of the national parks. We've never been treated as royally. Thank you Junior, Jennifer, Rayna and Red (and anyone else I missed). We also loved the convenience of the Parrot's intimate restaurant and spa, and their personnel as well. One last thing: the hotel's location a few blocks from the town center is ideal. Walking is easy, even in the rain (plenty of umbrellas are always available at the front door, as are bicycles). Do yourself a favor when visiting Jackson -- stay here. You won't regret it.
