The Rusty Parrot Lodge in Jackson, Wyoming

A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Rusty Parrot is Jackson's most acclaimed lodge. The hotel has earned a long list of awards and been featured in national and international publications. Like the town itself, the Rusty Parrot is a paradox: A family-run 32-room lodge that's one of the top small luxury hotels in the world. It caters to the traveler—not the tourist. The owners and staff delight in sharing inside information about the town and area they love. Their passion for Jackson Hole and personal attention to guests just isn't found at larger hotels. Earning the AAA Four-Diamond award for eighteen years in a row attests to that passion.

While each room at the Rusty Parrot is individually appointed, there are some aspects that are constant in every room: All have the finest linens, plush towels, soft terry robes and slippers, L'Occitane bath amenities, flat panel satellite television and free wireless internet. In a free-standing facility on the property you will find The Body Sage Spa home to some of the finest massage therapists and estheticians in the valley. Good food, good wine, good service and good company are all part of a great dining experience. Dinner at the Wild Sage offers a Jackson Hole perspective on fine dining and extraordinary hospitality. The 8 table, 32 seat Wild Sage offers exceptional regional cuisine rooted in classic preparation and incorporates the West’s finest and freshest meats, sustainable seafood, and organic produce and ingredients. And during your stay perhaps the owner will share the story on how the property got the name Rusty Parrot, since parrots are not the first thing you think of when planning a trip to Wyoming!

An awesome weekend - staff went above and beyond before the visit and during to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. Beautiful botique hotel. Had breakfast in lodge 2 days - delicious!! Bikes available to ride around town.

Very comfortable room--good bed, good shower. Love the L'occitaine soaps etc. Convenient location. Excellent staff. Staff recommendations on Yellowstone wildlife tour was excellent. Alternative eating location suggestions were also good.

Booked in for 2 nights. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice, well appointed room. Nice relaxing time with cookies and coffee in the lounge. Did not use the hotel restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was top notch.

Arrived without a reservation. Staff was very accommodating and though the hotel was nearly full, the room was spacious, comfortable and represented good value. Dinner and service in the dining room was excellent.

From our arrival to our departure we had first class service. Everyone was genuinely interested in our experience in Jackson and surrounding area. (Patrick,TR, Jared and John) The day we were leaving our flight had been changed suddenly. At this point we had not had breakfast. I called the front desk and asked if we could have some juice and muffins for the road. TR graciously put this together without any question. We appreciated all the hospitality! Thanks so much!!
