A member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the Rusty Parrot is Jackson's most acclaimed lodge. The hotel has earned a long list of awards and been featured in national and international publications. Like the town itself, the Rusty Parrot is a paradox: A family-run 32-room lodge that's one of the top small luxury hotels in the world. It caters to the traveler—not the tourist. The owners and staff delight in sharing inside information about the town and area they love. Their passion for Jackson Hole and personal attention to guests just isn't found at larger hotels. Earning the AAA Four-Diamond award for eighteen years in a row attests to that passion.

My wife and I have been coming to Jackson and staying at the Rusty Parrot for over 20 years. The service, accomodations, meals, and spa treatments can measure up against any in the US or abroad. If you want to stay in luxurious accommodations and experience phenomenal service, this is the place to stay. Its proximity to the town allows you to walk to great dining or shopping destinations . The restaurant is first class and the service is outstanding! If you are looking for a pampered vacation that is within walking distance or downtown Jackson, this is the place.

We have stayed at the Rusty Parrot twice now and we highly recommend it. They always provide exceptional service, have the coziest rooms and the best restaurant in town. I haven’t tried the spa yet but I’m excited to return in the future to do so.

Everyone and everything is top notch. All of the staff couldn’t have been nicer and accommodating. Many extras, great restaurant and location close to most everything. Nice snacks and coffee bar in the lounge area. Spa is wonderful, book ahead.

Very accommodating and hospitable with warm and comfortable atmosphere. Particularly enjoyed the sitting area in front of the fireplace. A game of chess, fresh coffee, cider and cookies available along with books for reading but I brought my own book and just loved early morning and night relaxing by the fire. Breakfast was also a plus and very good. Great location, everything is within walking distance. We certainly recommend this Lodge.

The room, house keeping, front desk and bar staff are great. The restaurant staff is slow, slow, slow. There were more people standing with their arms crossed in the kitchen than in the whole dinning room. The server was giving instructions for the kitchen to be cleaned and removing ice from the hot tub deck. We will stay there again but we will eat out.
