Outstanding. The view of the mountains and ocean together was awesome. Just minutes walk to downtown Jaco and just far enough away from it all!! Peaceful and elegant. Clean. Full kitchen. Love it.we will definetly return.

Stayed in Bahia Azul 8A - Nice 1st floor unit 2B/2Bath unit with great AC and washer dryer. Beds were very comfortable and wifi was solid Steps to pool and ocean. Short safe walk to tow. Very friendly security guards - The Sun Rises and Sunsets Are to die for. Will be back again soon!

I have been to Jaco one time. I know enough that this is exactly where I will stay if/when I return. The location is excellent, walk right down the beach to town. Safe and gated. Guards are all excellent and friendly. I would personally get one of the units with the roof top access as the sunsets are amazing. The beach is patrolled regularly by policia and is pretty safe. Saw a few sketch things on the beach at night so I would travel with someone although tons of people walk alone. You need to know that when you check in, you have to go to the office downtown to get your keys. Bring everything you need as the maids clean everything out of the units. There isn’t even salt and pepper!!!! I stayed in unit 9C and everything worked perfectly and its completely ok to drink the water. Nice that the unit had a fridge with an ice maker. Make sure you take laundry and dishwasher soap. Man I loved this place and the pool is awesome as well!!!!

Well here we are at the end of another year in Costa Rica, truly one of the most amazing places on earth. It’s been one of are best in the last three years of coming here, made some of the most amazing friends, feeling so blessed. I really would like to thank the owner of are condo he has always taken care of any little thing that has ever come along during are stay. That being said there are some slum lords hear as well , owners who absolutely don’t give a hoot about their units at all, just your standard money monger. I truly feel sorry for the individuals who have had those experiences, because believe me there’s a bunch. All in all a gave it a 5 star this yr mainly because of the people and are particular owner. PURA VIDA....

My best friends and I stayed in 8B at Bahía Azul for a college graduation getaway trip - so awesome! We thought it had the best balcony view of the entire resort, pool and the beach. I’m a bit of a clean freak and this place was spotless when we showed up. The condo had more than everything we needed: basic shower supplies, an abundance of towels (you can’t have too many), quality washer/dryer, kitchen stocked with all the necessities (we cooked quite a bit to save money), TVs, and some awesome beach/pool equipment (umbrellas, floaties, chairs, etc.). The master bedroom had an awesome breeze in the evening/night after we acclimated to the temperature. All the appliances worked and we loved the way this condo was decorated! We didn’t have a set plan for our activities when we arrived, and there were some great suggestions in the booklet and guest journal provided in 8B. We had one of the few condos with a full dining area and grill on the balcony - game changer! Also, the 8B balcony is situated so the sun doesn’t hit during the middle of the day; I burn easily so it was a relief to have time in the shade while overlooking the pool/beach. We had an issue with the WiFi connection and within a few hours staff was there to fix it. The resort as a whole was wonderful - very clean pool & a great view of the beach, friendly security team that helped us call for rides around Jacó, and it was only a few minutes on foot from the Jacó walk. The three of us are moderately active, and it was so close to the Jacó walk that we didn’t feel the need to rent wheels. We really loved the specific location of our condo along the beach; most of the activity was about 5 minutes down the beach so it was nice to walk that way when we wanted while having a more peaceful environment right at Bahía Azul. Definitely a great option for families/friends of all ages. We will be back, 8B!
