In the assigned room, the television and telephone were not functioning, and room service was only provided every four days, which does not align with the room's price. Despite reporting these issues, they were never addressed. Additionally, the breakfast experience in the main dining room was unsatisfactory, with poor service and food quality. Ultimately, we were compelled to change hotels due to the inadequate customer service, despite the appealing outdoor areas.

Beautiful Resort with Old World Charm! Lots of comfortable seating and a really nice pool area. The Wharf Restaurant had really good seafood chowder and key lime pie.

This was our second visit to the JIC. We stayed in the historical hotel this time in a room with a glass window porch that included a breakfast buffet. We rode bikes, toured a cottage, walked all over, relaxex alonside the pool, and feasted on ceviche and shrimp. Recommend three nights to fully enjoy. to
