Hi, what an awesome experience we had. View was spectacular and breathtaking. Staff extremely helpful and kind with my elderly parents. They went out of their way to accommodate us. We will definitely go back.

At the end of our Africa trip we enjoyed a two day stay at the Johannesburg Four Seasons. The room was large with a balcony, a very comfortable bed, and a large marble bathroom. The views from the hotel, with jacaranda trees in full bloom, were stunning. We enjoy delicious meals at the hotel. Waiter Calvin at the View bar and Fisana for our two breakfasts were fabulous staff. Staff also kindly accommodated a late check out due to our flight time. We found our 7-hour private tour with Jo from Joberg Inner City Specialists to be so informative and a good way to see historical sights and Soweto during our short stay. Africa has been a great place to visit with its beauty, very friendly people, and delicious food.

I’ve been to many countries and I have to say, this is probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. From amazing lattes to beautiful rooms, you don’t want to miss a chance at staying here. They have views others can’t beat!

Excellent reception at check in, beautiful spacious room. Flame restaurant staff abrupt and inattentive. Not enough vegetarian options on menu. Ate mostly at Deli. Hotel staff excellent, especially Mpoh in store and Benjamin at front desk!

I celebrated my 50th birthday at this Opulent five star hotel. The views from our balcony of the purple jacaranda trees was  a sight of pure tranquility. Being a local and choosing to stay in greater Gauteng area close to most tourist sites I received the epitome of pure luxury. The ambience, location , staff, cleanliness and attention to detail was awesome. The concierge staff parked our car and we were whisked away in a golf cart up the narrow paved road to out grand entrance. From the moment I stepped into the  hotel I was treated like a Queen. Words cannot express my appreciation for giving me this milestone memory to spend in the Presidential Suite. I am truly humbled and forever grateful. The spa treatment in my package deal was a couple's delight of serenity and a spiritual release. Waking up the next morning nestled in my supersoft duvet I wondered if this weekend could last forever.
