Paresa Resort Phuket

This hotel is a must visit and stay. The rooms (villas) are comfortable with stunning view and private pool with privacy, food was amazing and delicious ( mango sticky rice is a must) staff are more than welcoming and helpful. Overall, it was an amazing needed vacation.

Yet another outstanding stay at the Heaven of all Heavens, Paresa Resort. Spending 9 days over Christmas in a Cliff Pool Villa we have only words of gratitude and happiness following our 5th visit. The relaxed flow of days, starting with a magnificent and varied breakfast at the magical Thalung Thai restaurant, sipping sparkling wine whilst taking in the expansive views of the Andaman sea, while being looked after by the best team of staff we could hope for. Days spent by our private pool, enjoying a variety of cocktails and relaxing in the sun, followed by sunset cocktails before heading to dinner at the stunning restaurant with a diverse and delicious menu. Hats off to the staff especially Flame and Pepe who made cocktails to die for. Thanks for wonderful restaurant service every night, to the whole team, including Wit and Pui. Twice daily room service to make sure we had everything we needed, in the capable hands of the staff, led by Katie. And thanks to Dai. To Anthony and Kaew, you should be proud of the team you have here and for the incredible sanctuary you create high on the cliffs of Phuket, offering a magical slice of life whenever someone calls.

The hotel offered beautiful views, spacious and very clean rooms, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with special praise to the shuttle drivers, housekeeping, and the cooking class instructor. However, the location is quite remote and requires planning for every outing. While the hotel looks premium, the value for money felt low compared to other properties: many services required very high extra payments, and privacy was lacking with glass bathrooms and poorly separated public restrooms. Breakfast was average with limited choice, which was disappointing. Overall, a mixed experience with both positives and areas for improvement.

From the moment I arrived at the resort until the day I checked out, I was lucky to be taken care of by Pinky, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She warmly welcomed me and my parents, explained everything about the resort in such a pleasant and engaging way, and always answered our questions with a bright smile. Throughout the entire stay, Pinky was always available whenever we needed anything. She never kept us waiting everything we asked for was delivered immediately with kindness and professionalism. She also gave us great recommendations, especially about the spa, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Pinky is truly an angel, living up to her name. Her warm hospitality, from the first welcome to the farewell, made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. Honestly, if I were to repeat this experience or recommend this resort to others, it would be mainly because of her. All the staff were excellent and professional, but Pinky stood out as someone who touched our hearts the most. Thank you for having such an amazing team member she is a real treasure to the resort.

A wonderful place to stay if you want a quiet and calm place far from everything. The staff's are very friendly and extremely helpful with everything. The room is BEAUTIFUL! the view is BREATHTAKING! I would definitely come back to stay here.
