Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort

We loved it! The views are absolutely beautiful and the walkable “village” area is charming. It feels like being in Italy. It was very quiet when we went in mid July. We had dinner at the main restaurant and thought it was fantastic. The four cheese pizza was one of the best things I ate on our whole trip to Bulgaria. The waiter (he was also a bartender in the night club) was so friendly and we had great service. Breakfast was also great. The whole property is just idyllic - there is lavender blooming with butterflies and birds everywhere. It’s so calm and peaceful. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a kitchenette. Coming from the US, the value for money was great. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I'd seen pictures of the course but nothing prepares you for just how stunning the views are from everywhere. It's tricky but like every other course, if you hit straight it's not a problem. Not as well kept as it could be, but hey, just enjoy the incredible experience. Room is perfect too. Very large and comfortable. Drinks a bit pricy.

The location is beautiful, but the food is disappointing for the price and quality. The service is also poor – the waiters are rude and the orders are delayed. Overall, it is far too expensive for what you get.

spectacular as a complex, view and location, BUT that's it. I booked a 120sqm apartment and was given an apartment of maximum 80sqm and after discussions with them, they moved me after 2 nights to a larger apartment. They are a bit forgotten in time as far as the layout is concerned. The cleaning is done extraordinarily superficially. More precisely, only what is visible and not even there properly. The dishes in the kitchen are clogged. Behind the beds and under the beds is full of cobwebs, empty bottles, dusty carpet with large tufts of dust. at the pools in the hillside area it's ok but there are canopies. the mosaic in the pool is missing in many places. the toilets look like after the war, with peeling, broken walls, full of spiders, cockroaches and in one bathroom there is even a bird's nest. there is no paper, the tiles have fallen off the walls. incredibly dirty. an outdoor shower at one of the pools doesn't work at all. they only bring clean towels in a bag that is left on a sun lounger and that's it. The bed mattresses and top layers are incredibly dirty and I discovered this because they had to change my layers because my little girl peed in the bed one night. I am very disappointed with the experience and it is a great shame for this place which has so much potential.

My rating is strictly for ARGATA BEACH RESTAURANT ! The location is nice, on the beach,could be a little cleaner but it’s ok… We tried to eat at this restaurant, , on the site it’s open from 8 am , they said it will open at 10. Finally opened at 12 for food orders! So, at 12 we ordered our food and they simply forgot to bring it ! One hour and 10 minutes it took to bring a salad , the rest of the order came later ! The blame was on the kitchen but the waitress simply forgot to deliver the order! The quality is not as it should be considering that food is overpriced ! I will attach a receipt and photos !
