Wonderful property that has it all. Good rooms, good food and good facilities. We stayed in the Deluxe rooms which are on first floor. You get a view of man-made lagoon from the balcony. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Facilities like paddle boating, cycling, spa, swimming pool are good. Jacuzzi wasnt working when we were there so count use it. Spa is nice with Western and Ayurveda both options available. Food is nice and tastes good. We had the buffet dinner which had good variety. Live pasta counter was excellent. Negatives - Housekeeping can be improved. We saw big spider webs in the balcony and also outside the room in the corridor there were extra beds kept all the time. I am sure they do have a dedicated place for that stuff. Some activities for toddles can be added, may be a small recreational room just like we have in other 5 Star hotels. Also another drawback about this resort is that you cant see the natural backwater from most areas of the property It can be seen only from Sea Food restaunar and the Bar. Only man-made lagoon is visible from rooms and restaurant and other common areas. Overall 80/100 from my side.

Stayed for 2 nights - the resort is beautiful with most rooms looking out in the lagoon. Comfortable rooms a bit dated but nothing to complain about - the washroom was infact very good. Breakfast was standard and food in general good. Free cycles are provided which was really nice. They have a free boat ride on the lake and some tea in the evening. The pool is quite small though. Staff very courteous and helpful. I wish we stayed a day or two longer. The spa is nice too.

This hotel offered luxury accommodation round a beautiful lagoon.. the grounds were beautifully planted and maintained. Great food and service and a fab pool, plus a lovely spa.. a good base from which to explore the backwaters. The high tea and sunset cruise were a nice touch.
