تجربتي في منتج كانت جدًا سيئة. الاستقبال أسوأ من السيء، حسّيت فيهم عنصرية، يستقبلوا أهل البلد بكل ترحيب وابتسامة، بس نحنا لا، معاملتهم كانت باردة. اتصلت فيهم أطلب سوكت للشحن، وردّهم كان مستفز، قالوا لي "ليش ما عندكم؟" بهالطريقة الغريبة! حتى الخدمة في المكان تعبانة، ولا المطعم يستاهل، والتلفون في الغرفة ما يشتغل، والجرس بعد ما يشتغل! والأسوأ إن خدمة الغرف يدخلوا بدون استئذان، يعني ما في أي احترام للخصوصية. والمصيبة الثانية إنهم ما جابوا الشنط وقت المغادرة، ويوم وصلنا نص الطريق اكتشفنا إن نص الشنط ما موجودة! واحنا أصلاً كنا متأخرين ولازم نروح المطار! وقبل نطلع حتى خبرناهم إننا بنسوي شيك أوت من الغرف، ومع ذلك ما سووا شغلهم صح!!! و ما تحملو مسؤلية غلطهم صراحة المنتجع ما يستاهل ولا نجمة، تجربة خذلتني بكل معنى الكلمة Honestly, my experience at the resort was very bad. The reception was worse than terrible — I felt there was discrimination. They warmly welcomed the locals with smiles and friendliness, but not us; their attitude toward us was cold and unwelcoming. I called them to ask for a charging socket, and their response was rude — they said, “Why don’t you have one?” in a very disrespectful way! The service in the resort was awful, and even the restaurant wasn’t worth it. The phone in the room didn’t work, the doorbell didn’t work either, and the worst part is that room service entered without permission, showing no respect for privacy at all. And the biggest issue was when we were checking out — they didn’t bring our luggage. When we were halfway down the road, we realized that half of our bags were missing! We were already late and had to catch a flight! We had even informed them we were checking out, yet they still didn’t do their job properly — and they didn’t take responsibility for their mistake. Honestly, this resort doesn’t deserve even one star. It was a completely disappointing experience in every sense of the word

We loved it a lot.The service over here was so good. Your way of fast responding to each and everything is really impressive. And also Thanks a lot to Sanchita and Sooraj who serviced ur room so neatly each and everything time when it's messy.

Overall this resort is very appropriate ,but I would like to mention their housekeeping staff Mr. Suman a young boy overthere. Everything gets worse if room service is not good but this boy suman is very enthusiastic and dedicated person towards his work . I observed his sincerity and way of customer treatment, in my opinion: one should prefer this resort and if housekeeping team having Suman like staff then it is very good for the resort MGT. Very much appreciable!! Especially to that humble boy!!

We chose this resort for a peaceful vacation, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the experience. The resort hosted a private event in the center of the property with loud music that went on into the late evening. Even though we didn’t want to participate, we had no choice but to listen. It’s basic common sense to respect the privacy and comfort of guests staying at the resort. This situation made us feel that guest experience is not a priority here. Value of the guest is clearly missing.
