We stayed for two nights in February, mid-week. Check in was very low-key compared to some other hotels. No valet parking, a small check in desk in the lobby right inside the door. The property is lovely, warm, and inviting. The main lobby has couches and a fireplace that was kept going all the times we saw it. The lounge/bar in the hotel had a good lunch menu, good drinks and wine and a very friendly bar tender. We enjoyed playing games of pool in the large room downstairs. The infinity pool was great - it was pretty cold outside but the water was 80 degrees and we had the pool all to ourselves, with all that lovely view overlooking the golf course. The rooms were smaller than we anticipated, although lovely and well-appointed. We enjoyed massages at the spa, and lunch in the club adjoining the spa. We took walks on the pathways around the golf course which is really quite large, and offers a great view of the hotel and property. Dinner was delicious and relaxed, not hurried but almost too slow. Staff members were all pleasant and accommodating.

A charming historical house that has been transformed into a small hotel. A great get-away with excellent service. Not a golfer but the golf course that is part of the property is supposed to be world class.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Keswick Hall overnight for a work conference, and found it to be amazing. I am sorry to say I did not get the name of the woman working at the front who assisted me at check-in, but she was absolutely fantastic. She even remembered my name the next day, asked me about my night, everything. She was so helpful and friendly. Actually, all of the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We were eating banquet style for the work conference, and they were able to handle my gluten-free needs easily so that I had excellent food the entire time I was there. The property is lovely - I just wish I had more time to stay and explore more. The rooms were very spacious and lovely too. I highly recommend a stay at Keswick Hall if you are visiting the Charlottesville area.

This is a beautiful intimate luxury property! Excellent service! Genuine happy staff. Wonder dining options. Heated year round adult pool. Creates a relaxing atmosphere. Coffee in billiard room in morning, etc the small touches. We had a housekeeping issue and the hotel director resolved it with professionalism. Will definitely return!

Very relaxing stay at Keswick Hall. Warm, cozy atmosphere and the staff is absolutely lovely. Lisa is genuinely one of the best customer service providers I have ever met! The rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are spectacular. Nicely decorated. Great amenities. Good food. Very clean. Marguerite in the spa is wonderful! Try the hot stone massage. Definitely visit Monticello. Very quick and easy route. Would love to visit again and maybe play golf.
