What a great find. This hotel lives up to the great reviews. The staff is great and very helpful. The room was great size and very well layed out with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. My wife really enjoyed the bath salts. The bar staff was friendly. While we did not eat at the hotel, the other people at the bar said food is very good. We enjoyed the breakfast, a lite bar and cook to order items. We took advantage of the free shuttle to go downtown for dinner.

We went mid May to avoid the crowds. The Main Street in Ketchum is all torn up requiring a detour through the rather tight and busy downtown. The crew at the hotel are about the best you'll ever run into. Very accommodating indeed. The newly renovated rooms are very nice indeed. The pillows for ME sadly were way too huge. I prefer a thin supportive pillow like they used to have. The trick to parking is you need to be in place prior to dinner hour or there will not be any parking due to all the folks coming in for the dinner at the restaurant. If you leave to go into town for dinner good luck finding parking till like 9pm. We've been here 4 times now. The water pressure is extremely poor. If one were to want to take a shower or bath you'd wait near forever to get it done. They need to work on that. Otherwise it's a nice location in all.

An Austrian Alps setting on the edge of Ketchum, with luxurious accommodations, the finest restaurant in the area and a cordial, competent staff, is what has kept us coming back since 2014. While it is obvious that special amenities are available to skiers, we non-skiers, are equally cared for. With parking at the door and a short stroll to the center of Ketchum, one can chose walk or drive to explore all the the town and Sun Valley have to offer.

Absolutely the best hotel in Ketchum, warm welcome from all the staff , and the service is really awesome, thank you so much , we will be back for sure. The breakfast in the morning delicious to start your day .

Wow! This hotel met and exceeded my expectations! Everything was perfect, and Lorenza at the front desk was absolutely amazing! So helpful and kind, she made our stay even better! I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!
