Reviews for The Sarojin

100% Recommend The Sarojin

Would I recommend The Sarojin? Absolutely! Will we return? Absolutely! The most wonderful hotel with every member of staff greeting you with a smile. The beach is beautiful, treated like royalty on our day trips, food delicious, accommodation spotless but what makes this place so special is the staff. Many have worked at The Sarojin for many years and they make time to talk to their guests and always greet with a smile. We can’t name everyone but Kade, Nee, O, Sak, Jack, Aoi, Nam, Apple, Benze. Joy and the lovely Jang (who tried her very best to learn and understand Bristolian)! Thank you so much for making my birthday so special. We can’t wait to stay at The Sarojin again.

THE best hotel, EVER!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We had already stayed for four nights in Bangkok which was quite hectic. Our hotel in Bangkok was where the President stays so we knew it would be good and it was. We then got a flight to Phuket and then a taxi ride to the Sarojin. On first impressions, it didn’t look as impressive when we pulled up at the reception lobby. Don’t be fooled though, you step into the lobby and wow, what an absolute gem of a place. There’s no hussle and bussel at all, you are quietly and so respectfully welcomed to what we think is a haven. The manager Kade came to welcome us and assure us that the whole staff were there to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. We were informed that breakfast is available from 6.30am to 6.30pm. Breakfast is taken in the Fiscus restaurant and is a la carte. We found it a bit too hot to fully enjoy the breakfast every morning but we tried the pasties (freshly cooked), the omelette and the eggs Benedict, all very tasty. Coffee, tea and fresh juices are available and sparkling wine. The waiters are on hand straight away. We know it’s the Thai way to be polite but you seriously cannot fault the staff here, they were so happy and helpful. Next to our room which was a garden residence with a pool, absolutely stunning! Bottled water provided as and when needed. A small mini bar which we didn’t partake of but reasonably priced. Plentiful toiletries provided so no need to take shower gel. I took my own shampoo and conditioner but what they provided was good quality. Slippers and robes are provided. No iron or board in the room but I asked for these on the first day and they were provided and left in our room. Some of the plug points (by the bed) accepted uk plugs which was great. We didn’t want to go out for dinner one night as we’d been out all day so we ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was delish and very reasonably priced. It’s about £10 to have it your room but that was fine. I could talk all day about the positives of this hotel but just to say we’ve stayed at three 5 star hotels on this trip and although our last one in Phuket is good, we’ve been comparing it to the Sarojin. I think as we lead busy lives in the UK, this was just a bit of quiet, beautiful paradise for us. This is my 2nd trip to Thailand but my husband’s first and although we’ve travelled all over the world, my husband has said this been the best holiday and in particular because of our stay at the Sarojin. So much so that we are looking to return Xmas 2025. This hotel is luxury and so so well worth visiting. I almost didn’t want to write a glowing revue as wanted to keep this absolute gem to ourselves 😂. As in the words of Arnie, we will (definitely) be back!

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! The setting is very peaceful, it has lovely grounds and is set on a beach.

The hotel is truly amazing! We stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was our best suite ever! The jacuzzi area was totally private. The hotel has the benefit of being set on beautiful serene gardens and on the beach. The staff couldn’t do enough for you . It is off the beaten tracks but a local taxi costs just 300 baht one way about £6.30. The hotel is spotless! They even have drinking water safe to drink. The food was fabulous, alcohol can be a little pricey especially wine but that seems to be the same throughout that area. This was our first time in Thailand and it was wonderful the people are all so friendly.

Peace and Tranquility with Exceptional Service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We spent 5 nights here as part of our tour of Thailand. We’re the kind of people who can’t sit still for long however the Sarojin instilled such a feeling of tranquility and peace we didn’t want to do anything but savour the experience. A truly wonderful place which we absolutely loved. Cannot recommend this highly enough. An oasis which you won’t want to leave. Every little detail is taken care of. A truly unique and magical experience. Thank you

3rd time at The Sarojin and it did not disappoint. Fantastic place to relax. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the all-day breakfast hours take away the last bit of time-schedule related stress and the hotel grounds are stunning.
