The Europe Hotel & Resort

We’ve just returned home after a fantastic stay at the Europe Hotel, and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The hotel itself was excellent, with beautiful facilities and the outdoor Vitality Pool being a particular highlight. Our bedroom was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, and a special thank you to the team for the upgrade — it was very much appreciated. The views of the mountains and lake from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Breakfast and dinner in the Panorama Restaurant were outstanding, with fantastic food and excellent service. We also enjoyed a visit to Riva, which was a great spot for pizza and well worth a visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay from start to finish and can’t wait to return again in the near future. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We recently stayed at the Europe and this hotel is truly amazing! We were shown to our exquisite suite and our too short stay went by too quickly… From the lovely welcome at the front desk where they offered warm wash cloths to freshen up from our journey to the unbelievable attention to detail throughout our stay, this hotel surpasses all expectations! This hotel truly made our first visit to Ireland one we will never forget!

We went to The Europe to celebrate my birthday and honestly, this place is heaven on earth. ❤️ We’re local to the area, so we often pop in for lunch or dinner, but staying here was extra special. From the moment we checked in, the staff were so warm and friendly, helping with our bags, having a chat and making sure we were all okay. We had such a lovely surprise waiting for us in our room, which really added to an already amazing stay. We had dinner in Riva, which was beautiful in its simplicity — pasta, pizza, wine and beer, and we were sorted! 😂 The staff were once again 10/10. The next morning we had breakfast and the view is honestly something to be treasured. Absolutely amazing, and that’s before you even get to the delicious breakfast, pastries, tea and coffee. ❤️ Before heading to the pool, we were chatting with Maria in the spa. She is an absolute gem — so knowledgeable and professional, but with such warmth, wit and genuine kindness. She is a real credit to the hotel and her care and attention added so much to our stay. Everything from the moment we walked through the doors was hard to explain. You really have to experience it yourself. The level of detail is perfection — the staff, service and efficiency are all second to none. And to top it all off, the breakfast staff the next morning had wished me a happy birthday, even though I hadn’t mentioned it to them! They had simply seen it in the notes on my booking. Such a lovely little touch and such a special way to start my birthday. The Europe made it a birthday I’ll remember for a very long time. We’re so lucky to have this place on our doorstep. ❤️

This hotel charms you from the minute you arrive. The staff is enchanting and helpful. The grounds are impeccable and the rooms are amazing. We enjoyed dinner in the Bistro and it was perfect. The breakfast in the morning is one of the best I’ve had. If I do Ireland again I would stay here and just do day trips to see the sights. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Had a lovely time at the Riva Restaurant. The food was good but the service we received from Ira, a lovely waitress, made the experience so much more memorable. Thank you Ira.
