Best location in Kerry
A fabulous hotel in a spectacular location. The staff and service are perfect, especially Vicktorija (hopefully spelt correctly) who checked us in. The steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are included on the active level. Breakfast was great, so many choices of buffet and freshly cooked options and the chap doing the fresh eggs and ham (Alex I think sorry if that's wrong) was lovely and treated us like friends rather than guests. We ate in the Riva restaurant which did great Italian food and then the brasserie and had the most incredible Chateaubriand. Bar service and drinks were also prefect. I cannot find anything to fault and will happily return in the future

Hotel with a wow factor that never stops
Probably one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Beautiful setting for sure, but the amenities, staff, food, and drinks bring it to the top level. Attention has been paid to every detail.

Riva restaurant in the Europe
Pleasure as always, so relaxing. Riva as always was fabulous, new options on the menu which are gorgeous, the meatballs 😍. Zoltan, Rico and Simina are great, they honestly add to the relaxed vibe while being exceptional servers and so professional. You really feel they take their job seriously and truly love it. The chicken dish as a main lives rent free in my head, I am drooling thinking about it, i had to stop myself licking the plate!! 🤣

Lovely experience
We popped in for some light lunch & coffee. From the moment we stepped it in felt like pure luxury. Overlooking the lake & mountainside. Beautiful foyer with many seats. Would recommend

From there moment you enter to the time you leave, the attention to detail is faultless. The rooms are high tech,modern and luxurious. The management have quite literally thought of everything you might need for your stay. The staff are remarkable, always friendly and nothing is a hassle to them. The leisure and spa facilities are pure luxury. This is our fifth year visiting and it is the only place in Ireland that we return to. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and highly recommend it for a luxury and relaxing break away.
