Amazing
What a great hotel. It’s a large hotel but beautifully kept. Our room with a view of the lake was gorgeous. We were blessed with gorgeous weather during our stay which helped. The spa was perfect with a view of the lake. Breakfast was a real highlight - we stayed at Adare Manor and Ashford Castle during the rest of our trip and I think the Europe omelettes beat them hands down !!!! All staff were great. Particularly the concierge who ensured we had a great car parking space every day. Thank you. We will definitely return.

Dissatisfied and disappointed.
Our check in was delayed by three hours which meant we lost the complete afternoon and could not fully enjoy the facilities. After finally getting our room we found it unsatisfactory, the balcony area had not been properly cleaned and the tea/coffee making machine was not functioning and had the electrical lead removed. I complained at checkout and received a reduction to the cost of our stay but by then our experience was ruined. Overall it just didn’t live up to the standards advertised.

Outstanding (as always) from start-2-finish & highly recommended... The location; the facilities; the food; service; staff etc - faultless and clearly a testament to the training provided as the consistency was "spot-on" on all counts. The complimentary suite upgrade was a really nice touch & most unexpected and if you can stretch the extra few quid; it's certainly worth it !..

Definitely worth a visit
This hotel is fantastic, every member of staff is friendly, respectful and just can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and again the staff were excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel is extraordinarily, everything is spotless, the bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and immaculate. Definitely worth a stay, Killarney town is just a 10 min drive away, what more could you want
