From the time of my first phone call in NJ to the check out, this hotel delivered! Beautifully decorated fresh fruit water beverage changed every day extremely helpful staff ( with a shout out to Andrea, who made any request happen, ty!) great comfortable bed and pillows big supply of bath amenities and towels newspaper at door daily by 6AM CLEAN HOTEL!!! right in the middle of downtown Kirkland, a pretty flower filled shopping lakefront town, not far from Seattle. Bartender made me a Jasmine drink which was to die for, too~ LOVED my stay here- If you have any questions, please feel free to ask, they deliver.

We stayed here for a night in August of 2017. I appreciated the close proximity to just about everything from here. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was unaware this is a 4 star hotel but it was very nice! We did not eat at the trellis restaurant but heard great things.

Nice staff and accommodations. I didn't realize it was valet only parking, but the service was always quick and friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. We would stay again.

This hotel never disappoints, the staff is very friendly and helpful, from the Valet, to the Front Desk to the Housekeeping staff! The rooms are very clean, and the beds are amazing! Plus, if you enjoy taking a bath, they have wonderful deep tubs in which to soak before you head off to a blissful night of sleep in their amazing beds! The location is perfect - you are near downtown Kirkland, Lake Washington and the Marina. Wonderful in-hotel dining, or many options a couple of blocks away. Love this hotel and highly recommend it!

My husband and I were there celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. We were expecting a lot more from a 4 star hotel. The fact that the valet was nowhere in sight and I had to remind staff of the bottle of wine that were supposed to be greeted with already started to put a damper to the night. Dinner at the trellis was excellent. The room itself was clean and nice. We chose your tempurpedic bed and it wasn't as comfortable as expected. The mattress was very old and any little movement would cause the bed to squeak. Not a bed you would expect from a 4 star hotel. I'm a very light sleeper and every time my husband would move, I would wake up. I did not have a good night sleep. Our package also came with late check out which was nice, however, I was woken up before 9am by loud housekeepers yelling down the hall and not closing the door while vacuuming. Very unprofessional. I don't think we will be staying here again which is a shame because I really enjoyed the town.
