Reviews for The Heathman Hotel Kirkland
This is a great hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great amenities. Trellis bar is fun with a great bartender and great happy hour prices! Food and drink. However, if you are at the area across from the bar or in the restaurant be prepared for inattentive slow service. Restaurant and bar have great ambiance and food but the inattentive wait staff ruin the experience.

Kirkland is good time. Well appointed, a pleasant stay, and not over the top expensive. Mattresses were average, and that is important to me since sleep is essential. Would stay again. Lunch menu is so so.

We stayed one evening while visiting Kirkland for a friend’s birthday. Every single hotel employee was friendly and welcoming. It’s very refreshing to see service industry employees who love their job. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here!!! The only downside was the service at Trellis. Very very slow to greet the server as well as get out beverages. Food was great through! Thank you for the wonderful nights stay.

Great hotel in the heart of downtown Kirkland. Room was clean and standard. Service was friendly. Lots of great restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Parking might be challenging on the weekends if you don't use valet service. Enjoyable !!!

4 close friends and I recently spent two nights at the Heathman as a home base for our weekend spent wine tasting in Woodinville. The Heathman proved to be the perfect spot for us! The staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Lucy gave great service helping me set up my reservations and following up to ensure all was well in my stay. When we checked-in with Luke, he greeted us warmly. He was professional yet casual, which are two amazing qualities for a hotel desk agent! We saw him throughout our stay and he continually recognized us and asked about our stay. The rooms themselves were beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and easy to use amenities. The french press is a delightful touch. After weekend nights spent wine tasting, fresh coffee in the morning is an absolute life saver. One of our favorite parts of the stay was our dinner at Trellis. Our server was so incredibly helpful, attentive and friendly. The service of the taste and the quality of the food far exceeded the cost, as their happy hour menu is quite honestly the best I have ever seen! I highly recommend the Heathman and hope to return shortly! To the staff there, thank you so much for accommodating my friends and I and providing us with lasting memories!
