Reviews for The Heathman Hotel Kirkland
Stayed at the Heathman in May 2017 for one night. Our experience was excellent. Appreciated the nice little touches like free lemon water in the lobby. There was a girls volleyball team checking in ahead of me, but the front desk guy kept letting me know he was aware of my presence and would get to me as soon as possible, and he called another staff member to check me in. I had made two requests in my online reservation and the hotel took care of them both seamlessly. 1) We were given a room with a soaking tub, and 2) We were able to utilize their complimentary car service to drive us to dinner all the way out in Woodinville - saved us a taxi fare one way. Only suggestion is that the hotel could use new mattresses. Also, the valet after checking out took a bit of time, but I imagine everyone was checking out at the same time.

Enjoyed our stay at this nicely appointed hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Disappointed that our room was on the second floor and next to the elevator when the online registration asked for preferences and we selected away from elevator and higher especially since the hotel was supposedly not busy. It didn’t help that a lovesick teenager was on the floor next to the elevator talking to his girlfriend for about two hours. Excellent location near Kirkland waterfront. Took advantage of the free bikes. Nice ride to five waterfront parks between the hotel and Juanita Beach Park. The front staff was friendly but needs to be better educated on places around the hotel. The only reason I took the bike ride was someone who looked like he was from the kitchen was able to provide me with a route.

This hotel is a stunner! Even if I had only a one night stay, I had the chance to experience the perfect stay in my room (beautiful, very well fubished, with all possible amenities and in room facilities, exceptional bathroom) and the high level of food at the restaurant. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to all kind of travelers. It is a real wooden stunner in the heart of Kirkland!

Long weekend, birthday celebration. Lovely hotel with attentive staff. Our room is very tastefully done. Love the bathroom. We did one of the Kirkland Wine Walks which was great fun. Walking through Kirkland. Nice ships. Looking forward to a nice seafood dinner at Anthony's tonight.

I had a king sized bedroom and it was spotless and quiet (except the heater made a noise and I turned it off at night). The bed was fantastic! I ordered room service breakfast and it came when expected. That being said there was a problem with water in bathroom. It came out cold even though I had it on hot. It wasn't until I ran the shower water all the way on hot, that I started getting hot water in sink. I took showers with the water totally on hot and it was just warm not scalding as it should have been. I notified front desk and they were to look at it, but it was same way next day. I would stay here again because it is a short walk to the downtown area and hotel has an excellent restaurant!
