I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there is a large apartment complex going up behind the hotel and I ended up with a room facing it. It's very close to the hotel window, so there is no privacy from the construction workers and its noisy if you are here, as I am, on business. Also, it's very dark if you keep the curtains drawn. So while the hotel and staff are nice, I believe that it should be disclosed that there is ongoing construction. I also wouldn't want a room facing the new building when it is complete.

I love this hotel. It is modern and spotlessly clean. The town of Kirkland is a great town to stay in if you want to avoid Seattle. The hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and bars and the town lake. They have a wonderful gym and great customer service. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the construction next store- which is no fault of theirs.

Really nice place but do yourself a favor and skip the in room breakfast. $4.50 for a 16oz cum of coffee. $7.00 for a bowl of cereal. $6.00 for one pancake...🙄 The room was very nice but I will say. At least with the room we stayed in (luxury king) the pictures made it look better than it was.

I have been travelling to Seattle on business for nearly 20 years, always staying down town but that will change going forward. The Heathman is utterly charming, suitable for business and pleasure alike. Staff (on reception and in the bar) were friendly and efficient. DĂ©cor was modern yet warm, it really felt like a home from home. Room was a good size with a high standard of cleanliness. Perhaps one down point was that I was looking out on a building site but that didn't bother me as it won't always be like that. Hotel is located close to great shops and restaurants and a I felt safe walking around at night time, something I been feeling less and less of down town. Highly recommended and I will be back.

Booked this hotel through Hotwire and to be honest when it popped up as the place i'd booked I was a little sceptical. Turned out the photos didn't do it justice and it was great. Super friendly staff and a great location near a part of Seattle I hadn't listed before. Lots of really nice restaurants close by. Highly recommended. And only 12$ for a nice 1/2 bottle of Champagne in the mini bar in my room :)
