Beautiful hotel with superb service and amenities- how many hotels have a mattress menu?!! Make sure to spend some time checking out downtown Kirkland. The Heathman is just blocks from lake Washington with tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping etc.

Hate to give only two stars as all other hotel employees were wonderful, but Ben (tall and large night receptionist) was unbelievably rude. Ruined our stay and was the antithesis of Heathman motto of "Where hospitality is still an art"... unfortunate.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel over Labor Day after switching from another hotel in Woodinville. The hotel and staff were very friendly. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms have all the amenities, including robes and slippers. We also had a nice little patio we could sit on and drink champagne. And they leave a chocolate on your pillow every day! The restaurant and bar Trellis had outstanding food and a great happy hour. If I lived in the area, I would be here all the time! Try the Chambong! Walking distance to all kinds of shops, restaurants, bars, and a lake. I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Only complaint was the construction that was right outside my window. It was very loud & very close. Began around 7:30 a.m. They also did not have an ice machine but a call to the front desk got us some.

The Heathman is one of those rare hotels that exemplify the word accommodation. It's not just somewhere to stay, it's somewhere that accommodates you and treats you like a guest. The rooms are pretty decent, the staff are outstanding - genuinely, I mean they stand out as a cut above the rest, and the food and additional touches are great. There's another hotel 30 seconds walk from the office I visit 3-4 times a year, but I stay here, a 20 minute walk, because the downtown location is great, the hotel is at least as good, and it's just a more relaxed stay all round.
