Reviews for The Heathman Hotel Kirkland
I really enjoy staying at the Heathman. Safe, secure, close to work for me. I will only stay here. The new rooms are fantastic, the staff is topnotch. I love that you get a free valet if needed. I don't use it often but its great when needed.

I have stayed in this hotel twice in a year and I find this place pretty awesome. Spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff. Ample of eating places within walking distance, just next to public transport. Espically in Summers you can spend time at water front Moss Bay, it's pretty nice.

I travel to Seattle every month for the past 3 years. I stayed in various hotels but I wanted somewhere that was not a chain but not to small either. I stumbled across the heathman 2 years ago and found it to be perfect. So here is my review of two years of staying here every month for a week. Friendly professional service Amazing food, really great food Comfy beds Functional gym, but good It's just undergoing a revamp, I just stayed in the new style room, very nice. Rates are good. Lots of local restaurants basically forget the chains Go heathman.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the location. If you want a fun getaway or just an overnighter this is a great place to go. Head there in the summer time and bring your sunglasses and sandals. The hotel is a short little stroll to the waterfront where there are a variety restaurants and bars and a good number of outdoor decks. Our favorite thing is to have one drink and an appetizer then move on to the next outdoor seating area. The Heathman is the best place to stay because it is reasonably priced, well equipped, clean, good amenities, good restaurant, good bar and the staff is friendly. (I offered one of the wait-staff $50 if he would bring us back from the waterfront in a wheelbarrow.) There are some water activities available as well. I highly recommend grabbing your sweetie and friends for cocktails, sun, water and laughs.

I had a very bad experience with a flooded bathroom that was not resolved satisfactorily. The staff were nice but clueless. I was awoken every day at 8am, the first day by construction (drilling) and the second by maintenance pounding on my door demanding to be let in as there was a leak in my bathroom. I had to sit in my room in my pajamas for 30 minutes while maintenance wet-vacced my room--was not even given a chance to put in my contact or get dressed, or leave the room! Was then told that there were no rooms available for me to move to at 8:30 in the morning. Then suddenly there was a room -- I was not offered any help to move and my new room was not serviced for the rest of my stay. I wrote a long letter to the manager and received no further response.
