Small and friendly hotel in the middle of Kirkland. Loved the large corner room/suite. Staff were really friendly and accommodating - they had a roll away bed already set up in the room before we got there as requested by phone. The valet parking worked out well. We only used the restaurant once - for desserts after we had eaten dinner in Bellevue. The desserts themselves could best be described as quirky. I don't think I would bother with them again if I'm honest. But maybe that's a reflection on us not the food. Hotel overall was perfect though.

The room was super cool. There were lots of architectural and furnishing details that were not what one expected in a larger hotel. It truly felt like a boutique hotel. The employees were exemplary and always greeted me.

It is a quiet, well situated hotel in Kirkland. I had everything I needed for my personal & business needs. I loved that the shampoos & soaps are from Gilchrist & Soames who don't test on animals. The room is so cozy. I had the best night sleep I've had in a long time. The bed is absolutely comfy. The mini bar has a nice variety.

This has been one of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed in for quite some time. Too big for a boutique hotel but sure seems like it. Very nice, large rooms. Great amenities, and the staff can't be more helpful. A delight.

This hotel had a very relaxed vibe to it. Yet the service, interior and overall environment was well above what we had expected. I have stayed here a few times in the past due to its convenient location and remarkable track record. Love this place and can't wait to go back soon.
