Everyone should treat themselves to a stay. My wife made the comment that " I could get use to this on a regular bases. We must do it again. We will. Should be making the trip twice a year. It was very handy to were we had our appointment.

We booked a quick weekend getaway that was close and offered everything that we wanted - The Woodmark met each and every one above expectations!!! From the early check in to the late check out - the staff was more than helpful!!!

Beautiful hotel right on Lake Washington. Rooms are stylish, warm and luxurious. The staff was engaging and helpful. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning. We stayed for a Husky football game. There is a boat (not operated by the hotel) that runs fans across the lake to Husky Stadium and back to complete an amazing fan experience. I highly recommend the package if you're a football fan.

I have never given a review before but I have to review this company! I’m no stranger to massages, but my massage at Still Spa at Woodmark on Saturday, October 7 was the worst I’ve ever had. I went with my friend who promptly got whisked away so that she would not be a minute late for her massage. I sat in the waiting room waiting for somebody to acknowledge me even though we checked in together. Finally a masseuse, talking to the receptionist who just got there, was discussing how he just got to work (past our appointment time) and they were trying to figure out where his next client was - even though I was the only one sitting in the lobby. The receptionist mentioned 2 ladies getting massages and his client must be getting changed. Finally, I spoke up and had to ask who his next client was. Of course it was me and they both seemed genuinely surprised. Really? Very frustrating as I got into the room at least 15 minutes past my appointment time. He and I discussed what I wanted: a deep tissue massage with add on foot and scalp massage. He mentioned, instead of the foot massage, I could get a sugar scrub. I told him I didn’t want that. I just want what I ordered. I also mentioned the burn I had on my neck and asked him to try to avoid that area. He completely forgot and rubbed it, of course. He talked for at least the first hour. I know that he’s 57 and learning Japanese at school for $400 but there is a 60 year old lady that gets to take the class for $25. But he gets to go to Japan so it’ll be worth it. He talked about going to basketball games and how the women’s team is doing great. He talked about his husband. He talked and talked and was VERY condescending about me living in Idaho. The massage was the most active massage I’ve ever had. He moved my limbs up-and-down, back-and-forth what seemed like the entire time. NOT relaxing! At one point he started to scrub my legs with the sugar and it hurt so much. I couldn’t believe it! When he put the hot towel on after the sugar, it felt like fire because he had rubbed them raw. And it left grit between my toes! Gross! I was going to tell him not to do the other leg but I didn’t know how to say it. The extra scalp massage and foot massage both seemed very short as in nonexistent on the feet and 5 minutes on my scalp. I was done in 2 hours even though he got me in 15 minutes late. I do not recommend him or the spa. I did not hear from the spa even after I wrote a response to this email they sent: "It was our pleasure to serve you and we hope that your expectations were met or exceeded in every way. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding the treatments and products you experienced while you were here.” No, no, no you did not meet my expectations!

Excellent service and accommodations as usual. I've been going to the Woodmark for various occasions over the past 20 years and always come away impressed by the way the staff makes it feel like home.
