Reunion Resort & Golf Club

OMG I been I haven’t been to reunion in a few years. Our last visit was in 2019 before my dad passed and we used to be to reunion maybe three times a year prior to that I hadn’t been. I’ve been going on different to different places with different people and I would tell them this is nothing like reunion. You guys have to wait to go to reunion and oh my gosh, we went this past week for a week and I was still embarrassed taking them there. It was a wreck. They need a serious upgrade. The housekeeping needs an upgrade. We kept calling asking for stuff. They wouldn’t bring it when they did bring stuff. They bought the wrong items. They had the maintenance working on rooms on the side of us on top of us early in the morning, banging banging banging it was just horrible. The room to need to be remodeled there’s cracks in the ceiling cracks in the floor. Looks like the ceiling is about to cave in. It was just a bad experience overall and I was very much embarrassed. Even my kids were like Mom this isn’t the same reunion we used to come to.

Nice Room, Pools and water park were great, clean, roomy, close to amenities. Overall enjoyed our trip and hope to come again.

The experience overall was very enjoyable.The staff was AMAZING even the people I spoke to over the phone multiple times to make my reservation and kept in constant contact with leading up to the days and hours of check in. The resort catered our family reunion and most thought the food could have been better. The restaurant food was also subpar. The drinks were a 10/10.

This is a beautiful resort that has everything you need on vacation if you're eating in....kitchen is well stocked with utensils, glasses and kitchen gadgets. The pool outside our room had several small slides for the little ones, not to mention the water park! Very comfortable beds and pillows, A/C was stellar and the 3 bedroom unit was gorgeous!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the resort. The room was exactly as I remembered it from the last visit. The staff was super courteous and helpful. The exterior doors showed signs of wear/rust and made the appearance of the property a bit less appealing, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The layout is very thoughtful and works well. The location is super convenient and feels very safe. A little paint on the exterior doors/ attention to the curb appeal and i would give the resort a perfect rating.
