WorldMark Reunion Stay July 17-24 Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at WorldMark Reunion. Our ADA condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beautiful view overlooking the golf course, neighboring villas, and flowering trees, which made our stay even more relaxing. The interior of the unit exceeded our expectations. That said, we noticed many exterior maintenance issues that significantly significantly negatively affected our first impression of the property and our exits/ entrances : ● Exterior maintenance needs attention. First impressions are important, and the outside of the building did not reflect the quality of the accommodations inside. ● Building entry doors: The bottoms of the exterior maintenance doors had visible rust, dirt, and peeling paint. ● Exterior walls: The molding along the base of the building and around our front door was very dirty and severely damaged. Large sections were missing, exposing the underlying foam insulation and mesh. ● ADA Unit 201 (Building P1108): The front door and door frame were heavily dented and damaged on both the exterior and interior. When we first arrived, my daughter commented that it looked as though “a monster had attacked the door and frame trying to get in.” She was genuinely hesitant to enter because she thought the inside of the condo might be in similar condition. ● Trash bin access: The outside trash bin to which we needed to take our trash each day was very, very far away from us and most guests and in a dimly lit area. We drove our garbage to the bins because of the distance and night safety. All resorts we’ve been to had bins close to the units in a well lit area or indoors. ● Guest experience: Thankfully, the interior was beautiful and well maintained, but the condition of the exterior created an unnecessarily negative first impression for guests who have traveled a long distance and are arriving tired, expecting the same level of care they later find inside. - [ ] We hope these exterior maintenance issues can be addressed soon because they do not reflect the otherwise excellent quality of the accommodations nor the enjoyable experience we had during our stay.

Excellent golf courses in a comfortable setting at a reasonable cost. Staff was friendly and the food was good. I Recommend the experience.

Nice resort, great amenities but we encountered a lot of minor inconveniences that made us reconsider our future plans.

we stayed in the main building. it is beautiful but there are some places in hallways that could use a little maintenance. our reservation said we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but we were given a very large single king suite on arrival. it was very large and beautiful. however we wanted the 2 bathrooms and we were changed to that type of room after the first night. it was perhaps not quite as nice or updated. but still very nice. both rooms were very large, spacious and bathrooms were luxurious. kitchen was fine. pool on 11 is beautiful and little used. in both rooms, need more places to connect and charge electronics. we think there should be a fitness center in the main building. we were there for a wedding so had little leisure time. So unfortunately didn't have time for golf. i thought it was good value. i would definitely consider returning.

Always nice to be back, lots of amenities and things to do or you can do nothing at all and just enjoy tranquility. Room is like the home away from home.
