A true Retreat!
After a 7day Hike, i decided to book into a 'place of REST' for recuperation and tending to sore feet and muscles. Oh... my... word... Did I get EVERYTHING I was hoping for, and more than I could have wished! It was a heavenly two days, and I felt like so 'tended to'. And even when I asked for an early check-out at 5AM, I was met with a friendly face and a "breakfast pack" for my car and return journey :') Very glad I listened to ChatGPT on this suggestion - Go AI and more importantly, BRAVO Pezula!

Exceptional Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of fresh options, and the location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Knysna

5 star treatment, I loved everything about the retreat I was actually not expecting it because it’s 3 star but
I loved everything at the retreat, I wasn’t expecting it since it’s 3 star and I was passing by to my destination and I regretted not staying the entire 7 days there

Love Pezula for a long weekend away. Staff are always welcoming and food was brilliant. The hotel and rooms allow for time to relax, soak up the spa area, beautiful round of golf and the fireplaces around the resorts and rooms ❤️ ❤️
