Unforgettable experience all thanks to the Pezula Team
My boyfriend and i celebrated our anniversary with Pezula and the whole staff went out of their way to make the trip as romantic and special as possible. Everyone was so professional, so polite and very accommodating. We thank the reception, our housekeeping and restaurant staff throughout the trip! Especially the lovely lady that waited on us during our anniversary dinner. We will 100% be back again! Thank you again.

Top tier, hot tubs not working
Excellent stay as always, the staff are brilliant, and the management team are absolutely fantastic. We found out AT check-in that the hot tubs are off limits and not allowed to be used due to the municipality placing water restrictions on the resort. We understand, but I do feel that they should mention this long before you even book, we had booked a family experience and having stayed at Pezula twice before, in upstairs rooms, we booked the Nature suite with hot tub only to be told DURING CHECK-IN that we cannot use the bath or hot tub that we booked. A notice on the website, or in the many emails and WhatsApps the resort sends prior to arrival would have been very much appreciated. Other than that, the resort is marvellous and the team and all staff are top tier. The spa especially is excellent, the restaurant is amazing, the facilities are amazing.

Exceptional Pezula as always
Exceptional stay as always and Bradley and staff always gives there very best service. Food excellent and facilities of the very best standard that allows you to be able to relax

A relaxing Getaway
We were in between golf tours and had the chance of a two night stay at the hotel including breakfasts. On arrival you are made very welcome by the staff in reception. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. One evening it was cool enough to light a fire in the room. Breakfasts are a treat, the food served is both buffet and off the menu. The service is very efficient. We will definately stay again when the opportunity arises.
