Banyan Tree Samui

I stayed here for only one night, but I was truly impressed by the outstanding service. Special thanks to Khun Tle, the bellman, who kindly provided transportation throughout the day. He was always smiling, friendly, and attentive, constantly checking if I needed any assistance, even though he had to drive me around several times. I would also like to thank Khun Au from the breakfast team. Her service was exceptional. As a Thai guest, She thoughtfully asked whether I would like any Thai dishes, and even offered to have the chef prepare them despite not being available on the buffet. Another special mention goes to Khun Diamond and Khun Ocha at Saffron. They gave me a very warm welcome, were always smiling, and took the time to recommend dishes and engage in friendly conversation. The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent. I would also like to recognize a staff member from the Recreation team. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he appeared to be one of the youngest members of the team. He provided exceptional service and maintained a cheerful smile throughout the day, even while working under the hot sun. Thank you to everyone for making my stay such a memorable experience!

We had an excellent stay at Banyan Tree. Our lovely host, Fern, was there from the very beginning and ensured everything was seamless, offering warm and attentive hospitality throughout our stay. I still remember the refreshing coconut welcome drink on arrival. We also enjoyed a private Muay Thai session, which both my husband and I thoroughly appreciated — it was a unique and memorable experience. The Family Ocean View room was beautiful and spacious, and we truly enjoyed our time in it. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The dining experience at Saffron and breakfast could be improved, but we appreciated that the executive chef was very open and receptive to feedback, which we found reassuring. Overall, the experience was exceptional and truly unforgettable. We would definitely return to stay at Banyan Tree again.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Banyan Tree Samui and had the most wonderful and luxurious experience. Our villa was so beautiful and peaceful, and the service from the entire Banyan Tree staff was truly above and beyond. The resort never felt overcrowded, and the shared facilities, the food, and the spa were all stellar. We especially enjoyed our massages from Charlene and Tiara! The nightly turndown service, the 24/7 availability of buggies to take you around the resort, and the quick communication via WhatsApp all made for a magical and seamless vacation. The whole stay was one of the best experiences we've had while traveling, and we can't recommend Banyan Tree Samui enough.
