Banyan Tree Samui

this is a beautiful resort and the staff cant do enough for you. it is located in stunning forest, lots of wildlife, birds, butterflies etc. they haave a private beach which is kept pristine and complimentary snorkelling equipment, kayaks and sailing. The beach staff bring you water and ice all day, along with face mist and cold cloths to keep you cool and fresh!! breakfast was amazing - so much choice and quality food. our room was stunning, housekeeping were fab - leaving us little gifts and cakes each night ❤️ you can walk 10 mins to the bottom of the hill to reach the outskirts of Lamai where there are shops, restaurants etc - Lamai is a bit crazy but still fun. it is a 25 minute drive to Fisherman's village and a taxi was 600 baht but hire a bike if you can as the hotel is a littleisolated. we loved the Banyan tree and i would not hesitate to stay here again, i highly recommend it

What a divine experience. This was the best hotel resort I have ever stayed at. Everything was divine, from the warm and welcoming staff, to the hotels amenities and features. Nothing was spared for luxurious comfort and service. This is in my opinion one of the best resorts in the world. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff for a great experience. Shout out to Anna, Fern, Au, and Fa for making our most recent trip super memorable. We shall return next year!

Everything is well curated and considered. The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. The villas are luxurious and large, and the personal infinity pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and sunrise - wow! The food is delicious and the bird life a wonderful surprise. Spent many hours at the private beach and made use of the kayaks, catamaran and snorkelling gear. Thanks Fern and all the other staff for making our stay perfect!

Wonderful week at Banyan Tree Samui. My wife and I spent our last week at Banyan Tree Samui. It exceeded our expectations and we left a lot more mellow and relaxed than when we arrived. From our first meeting with Fern, our hotel personal concierge, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful, very private villa at the end of the C road (C-15) that was very private, extremely clean, and comfortable. We both like to work out and my wife spent her morning running and walking and I enjoyed the surprisingly well stocked and organized gym. Breakfasts were a feast of different foods and tastes. We ate at the Beach Cafe several times (beautiful, casual setting, great food) and Saffron once (large portions and also beatiful outdoor seating and views, and we had some wonderful meals off site. Cliff Bar and Grill probably was our favorite. Amazing setting and great food. The pool was beautiful and never crowded; same with the beach. The hotel, despite its age, is pristine and extremely well maintained. The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating and Fern is a gem. She took care of dinner and other reservatoins and always was available. Beautiful setting; luxurious accommodations; great staff, food, and facilities. It was hard to leave. Highly rated resort. Nothing was crowded and we left so chill at the end of the week. Thank you all.

The Banyan Tree Ko Samui is outstanding. The villas, are fantastic, the beach is great, and the staff are wonderful. The pictures don't do it justice. We awoke every morning in paradise. The ocean view pool villa is worth every penny.
