We had such a wonderful and memorable experience at Banyan Tree Spa and throughout the entire resort. Our therapists, Nee and Yellee, were both extremely skilled, attentive to our needs, and genuinely warm and friendly throughout the treatment. Their professionalism and care made us feel completely relaxed and well taken care of. A special thank you as well to May at the spa reception and Tat from the Gallery team for being so accommodating, helpful, and welcoming during our stay. The beach staff also deserve recognition for their friendliness and assistance with the beach tents, and we truly enjoyed the wellbeing activities by the beach — they were always fun and thoughtfully organized. The guest service buggy staff were always smiling, efficient, and helpful, making sure we got to every destination quickly and safely around the resort. We also appreciated the security team at night, who were consistently warm and friendly, always greeting us day and night with such kindness. Lastly, the housekeeping team was incredibly attentive to cleanliness and quick to assist with a drainage issue, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and comfortable again. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail from every team member made our experience truly exceptional. We look forward to returning again soon.

Following a fantastic experience at another Banyan Tree hotel we had high expectations for this one and it did not disappoint. From check in to check out the experience was flawless. We stayed in a luxury ocean view villa. The views were stunning and the room was luxurious. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect for you and we felt really looked after during our stay. If you're looking for luxury with a stunning view on a private beach, this place is for you. We are looking forward to booking our next Banyan Tree hotel in the future

I had the balinese massage with tiara , she was excellent and professional. The massage was very relaxing and can treat my office syndrome symptoms very well. The receptionist Bella also very helpful and warm welcoming, she explained the various massage package clearly so you can choose the one that best suits with you.
