You are truly one of a kind and definitely the best host ever! ❤️ To Ocha and the wonderful team at Saffron — Melon, Seven, Bee, Luna, Amy, and Diamond — thank you for taking such good care of me, for the beautiful birthday cake, and for the lovely birthday song that made my evening so touching and unforgettable. Following a fantastic experience at another Banyan Tree hotel we had high expectations for this one and it did not disappoint. From check in to check out the experience was flawless. We stayed in a luxury ocean view villa. The views were stunning and the room was luxurious. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure everything was perfect for you and we felt really looked after during our stay. If you're looking for luxury with a stunning view on a private beach, this place is for you. We are looking forward to booking our next Banyan Tree hotel in the future

I had the balinese massage with tiara , she was excellent and professional. The massage was very relaxing and can treat my office syndrome symptoms very well. The receptionist Bella also very helpful and warm welcoming, she explained the various massage package clearly so you can choose the one that best suits with you.
