Banyan Tree Samui

Our recent stay at Banyan Tree Samui was truly exceptional and left us with wonderful memories. The service was outstanding from beginning to end: from the smooth airport pickup upon arrival to the drop-off for our departure. A very special shout-out to our villa host, MM, who made everything effortless for us. MM seamlessly arranged all our activities and experiences, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. Some of our favorite experiences included a beautiful destination dinner by the beach and a wonderfully relaxing massage at the spa. The buggy service was always remarkably quick, and every staff member we met, from breakfast and the restaurants to the spa and lobby, was genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming. We arrived rather late in the evening, but the check-in staff still gave us a full and heartfelt welcome, carefully showing us around and introducing every part of the villa. The welcome and farewell drinks were thoughtful touches that made both our arrival and departure feel special. The housekeeping service also deserves particular praise. The team always seemed to visit while we were out for a meal, and whenever we returned, it felt as though the villa had magically become spotless and beautifully organized again. Everything was consistently clean, and the wonderful aroma throughout the villa created an especially peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. Then there was the breathtaking view. Our villa was located near the top of the hill, with an extraordinary panoramic view of the sea. Every morning at around 6 a.m., we would step outside and find the ocean and sunrise waiting for us, it was an unforgettable way to begin each day. It is difficult to find a place quite like Banyan Tree Samui. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, it is the perfect destination to slow down, completely unwind, and feel genuinely cared for. 5 star service, location, staff. Thank you to the hotelmanager Apple for taking good care of us. Food at the beach is good, breakfast a nightmare. In response to remarks, the management claims an well maintained resort. Simply not true! It does not deserve its five star rating. Needs love- a lot of love- as well as urgent maintenance and renovation. Not worth the money. In its current condition this resort is pretentious and seriously overpriced

I could never asked more beautiful, comfortable, and fun stay than this. Services are excellent. Our room gets cleaned every morning and night. (Thank you Tukta and Dee Housekeeping!) Waking up and right jumping into the pool in the morning with sunrise view is a dream. Location wise, it is far from the downtown or so (always need a taxi to get out of the resort) but still enjoyed the stay!

We recently had a lovely three-night stay at Banyan Tree Koh Samui. We were fortunate to have an ocean-view room perched high on the cliff, with fantastic views that could easily rival the Amalfi Coast. The resort is beautifully lush and green, with a real jungle feel that makes it a very relaxing place to stay. The main pool is excellent, and there is a very nice beach area as well. Service around the resort is attentive without being intrusive—you rarely have to wait long before someone comes by to see if you’d like a drink. The room was also serviced three times a day, which was a really nice touch and kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection of food and a beautiful ocean view from the main dining area. The staff deserve a special mention, particularly Mint and John, who provided outstanding service. More generally, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, helpful and clearly focused on making sure guests had a good experience. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The setting, facilities and service all lived up to expectations, and we would happily return.

Exceptional stay at Banyan Tree Samui! A stunning, peaceful resort with flawless villas, incredible food, and plenty of activities. The entire staff was attentive and caring throughout our stay.
