Our stay at Banyan Tree Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with genuine warmth and impeccable service. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail were truly world-class. Even leaving presents and last night gifts. The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled amongst lush tropical gardens with one of the most beautiful and private beaches we've ever experienced. The beach is pristine, peaceful and perfect for relaxing or enjoying the incredible complimentary activities, including paddleboarding, kayaking, snorkelling and sailing. There was always something to do, and the crystal-clear water made every experience unforgettable. The restaurants and food exceeded every expectation. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of incredible flavours and on par with some of the best dining experiences we've had anywhere in the world. If you're looking for luxury, tranquillity and outstanding hospitality, Banyan Tree Samui is simply perfection. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating an experience that is both relaxing and unforgettable. We can't wait to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for the ultimate tropical escape.

We stayed at Banyan Tree for 3 nights and wish it had been more. The staff are soooo polite and warm to everyone, the villas are epic and overall such a beautiful place to stay. We didn’t even leave the resort the whole time we were here. You will absolutely not be disappointed staying here

We stayed at Banyan Tree Samui as a family of three in a partial ocean view villa and had a fantastic holiday. The resort is set among beautiful tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained, creating a peaceful atmosphere throughout. Our villa was spacious, private, and had lovely ocean views. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, and the level of service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food and plenty of choice every morning. The private beach is beautiful, with crystal-clear water and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It was one of our favourite places to spend time. One of the highlights of our stay was taking the resort’s boat to Ang Thong Marine Park. The trip was very well organized, the crew was excellent, and it was a wonderful way to experience the beauty of the islands. It made our stay even more memorable. The location is also ideal, perfectly situated between Lamai and Chaweng, making it easy to explore the island while enjoying the tranquility of the resort. Overall, Banyan Tree Samui exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, a fantastic beach, and unforgettable experiences made this a holiday we’ll always remember. We would happily return.

This was my family’s first time here at Koh Samui and we chose Banyan tree and are very happy with the choice however parents had chosen an ocean view villa and paid extra for it, the view wasn’t enough, the room felt older than my well being one, and no facilities like complementary massage and health care services. Which is a bit disappointing even after paying more. We had a thai classic massage with Charlene and she was super sweet and kind.

The resort has been operating for many years. I originally thought it would need renovation, but to my surprise, the villas were very well maintained. The villa was more spacious and cleaner than I had expected. The service was top-notch. Everyone we met was polite and provided excellent service. The beach was very enjoyable. They even provided cold water and chilled towels once we chose our lounge chairs. We could borrow stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), kayaks, snorkeling gear, and water shoes free of charge at the beach. Special thanks to Jack from the Beachside Restaurant. We had a BBQ dinner there, and Jack spoke Chinese very well. He was incredibly attentive and catered to our special needs.With such outstanding staff, I would definitely want to stay at this resort again.
