Banyan Tree Samui

This was our second stay at the Banyan Tree Samui (my husband and I stayed there last year for the first time and loved it so much we had to come back!), the villas are spacious, clean, and well designed giving you incredible views. The private outdoor space with your own pool (and jacuzzi if you stay in the in the Royal Banyan Villa) means you'll hardly want to leave the room, and if you're thinking the pool might be small and too cold to actually use, you'd be wrong. They are generously sized and heated to refreshing perfection. Spa treatments were wonderful in a comfortable setting, breakfast selection is fantastic - Mimosas included - and the views are even better, and their Beachside Restaurant offers a relaxed and intimate setting for dinner (don't miss BBQ night on Saturday). The staff are all incredibly friendly and go the extra mile with attention to detail to make your stay special. A particular call out to our villa host Tata who we were able to message on Whatsapp throughout our stay with any requests or questions. He was always super responsive and helpful, booking restaurants and spa treatments, coordinating a dinner for us at the Four Seasons one night, and always checking in to see if we were ok. He even sent me a lovely message on my birthday which I celebrated while we were there. Thank you Tata!

We stayed at the Banyan Tree Samui resort for our honeymoon and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. From the very beginning, we were welcomed by the staff and our concierge, DaDa, who was absolutely incredible. The property is stunning, the villas are spectacular, and the service is top-notch. We are already hoping to come back again one day!!

Returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Stayed in a Hillcrest villa which had an amazing view of the bay. Room was well appointed , housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. We enjoyed the food at both Saffron and Sands , both had varied menus with plenty of options. All were delicious. Staff throughout the hotel were, without exception , all great. Spa was exceptional, enjoyed several very relaxing treatments and The Rainforest was well worth experiencing. Special thanks to Tak Kanoknan who assisted with all our bookings. Would highly recommend the hotel.

We had the privilege of spending the first leg of our honeymoon at Banyan Tree! Our liaison Dada made us feel so welcomed right away. She also arranged cabs for us to visit the fisherman’s village, upgraded our room to a gorgeous villa, and made sure we maximized our experience. The food was truly amazing (especially breakfast wow !!!!!), the spa was stunning, the beach was amazing, and it was a blast to take the buggy’s around the hilly cliffside! Highly recommend this incredible spot!
