We have been staying at Banyan Tree for the last four days with another four remaining. We can not fault a single thing and only have praise for the fantastic, friendly, kind and accomodating staff here.

Tranquillity, nature, excellent service and help of our battlers - Chan and Beauty. ❤️ Private beach and very kind and attentive Beach Club Crue with Jate and his colleagues made it a unique combination. Beach has largely recovered after storm in 2019. Happy to come back after 5 years.

Our recent stay at Banyan Tree Samui was one we will never forget. Every detail was thought through and handled with care by the incredible staff from the moment we arrived (I want to give a special shoutout to our villa host, Beauty who was able to answer all of our questions and handle any requests we had during our stay). The room was gorgeous and very well maintained, and we enjoyed spending time on the beach as well. They also offer many free activities which we quite enjoyed such as snorkelling. The location is also perfect, being away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of the island while still very accessible, it feels like a little oasis. This was our first holiday in Thailand, but we feel like we have many reasons to return one day, including this place.

This property and island are incredible for a relaxing but exciting trip. The service is immaculate, I mean truly fantastic. The staff tries to make every single request you have possible and they do it with grace and kindness. Abby was our villa host and she was phenomenal; she was incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. The property is very nice, the views are stunning, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I wouldn’t say that you can spend all 24 hours at the hotel because there’s only 3 restaurants. But they have fantastic food recommendations for reasonably priced food outside of the hotel as well as car service to take you around the island. I recommend booking wellness as you get so many perks it’s well worth it.

Do not hesitate, book it! We’ve traveled all over the world and this has been our favorite hotel experience. Top-notch! From checking in-checking out, it was unbelievable. We can’t wait to go back. The beach is stunning and great for snorkeling and taking naps under the tree. The food in the service by the beach or was so good! Our villa was so gorgeous with incredible views, comfy beds. Our massages at night were unreal. When you want to get anywhere on the resort, they have buggies come and pick you up right away. The staff is so friendly. I could go on and on. ..It’s an oasis on the island. Highly, highly recommend.
