Second visit to Napasai, staying in a 2 bedroom pool villa, with spouse and 3 children. Loved the location, rooms and the convenience of a pool. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this resort

We have been to Thailand a lot and are always looking for gems. We found one with Napasai. Our beachfront room was wonderful, the food and service amazing and the atmosphere so relaxing. The staff are really amazing and want to help with all. Fishermans Village is relatively closeby for dinner out of the hotel and the airport is only 30 mins away. Bravo

My husband and I recently had our wedding here and we could not have been more pleased. The attention given to our guests and family was incredible. The entire process was easy and we are so happy we chose the Belmond to have our wedding. We made a trip one year prior to scope out our wedding venue and as soon as we stepped from the lobby and could see the property we knew we had to have our wedding at Belmond Napasai. We are located in the United States so it was key to have an English speaking coordinator so nothing was lost in translation. Eszter, the wedding planner at the Belmond, is wonderful and made whatever we asked for happen. No request seemed too grand. There are so many minor touches and details to mention but we would like to give special consideration to the chef and staff in creating the most delicious wedding cake. They were unfamiliar with pound cake but taught themselves and had us taste the final version just so we could have our request met. We ended up with a lemon poundcake with lemon curd and their own special blueberry compote. Delicious! We had numerous guests with birthdays and they always did something special for each one. They even made a cupcake tower with a beautiful dark chocolate cake on top for our rehearsal dinner to celebrate all the milestones and birthdays. The food was outstanding and many of our guests commented on how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. They even made some special dishes for my mom as she is Essan so they made them extra spicy. We even had an incident where my now husband had to go to the hospital earlier in the week for what we found out to be an ulcer later. Eszter arranged for transportation to the hospital and even spent the entire day with my husband on her day off so I could host our family and guests on our planned boat trip. The wedding itself ran smoothly and came out so beautiful. We cannot wait to see the pictures. Eszter and staff were amazing and we are already looking forward to going back for our one year anniversary. All of our guests are actually looking forward to going back for our one year anniversary, too, so hopefully we don't cause such a raucous next year.

Did go for the breakfast and loved the place but for the 699 thb you pay, i did expect to have at least a glass of prosecco at breakfast, as the buffet is very good but mostly what you get in other places for 350 to max 550 thb. so even i can not comment on the food and the coffee is very good, i did expect that little extra for the price.

Just got back from a 1 week stay with our young kids in a 1 bedroom garden villa. The resort is beautiful and quiet (isolated). Aside from what everyone else has mentioned (huge rooms, amazing pool), we utilized and appreciated the following things which made our stay unique and memorable: - free bike use - my husband used these to go out and pick up lunch. Try Nee's just outside the resort for good & cheap Thai food! - daily "My First Job" classes - our kids did these every day including tennis lessons, beautician class, flower making, and bar tending - the resort is sprayed for bugs as are the bedrooms at turn down service - staff always willing to take time out and chat or entertain the guests (including playing pool with the guests!) - Sunday night movie on the beach - the master bath had the most gigantic bathtub I've ever seen - meet & greet with hotel staff over cocktails one evening - breakfast spread was plentiful and yummy - great service - it's a small resort with ~65 villas so people remember you The only drawback for us was the beach. Although private and beautiful, it was too shallow to swim.
