Very nice
Very nice resort .quiet and calm atmosphere. Rooms need upgrade and updating. The rooms are nice and spacious but outdated . The floors squeak too much when you walk on them. It's ok during the day but very noisy at night time when your husband or wife sleeping and you need to go to the bathroom. Generally the resort is very nice but feels very old. The staff are wonderful. ALLA the manager is lovely always walking around checking that everything is fine and everyone is happy. All the staff are lovely and very attentive and just happy to help. Food is very nice for dinner, but the breakfast needs to have more variety and better quality food which is what you expect from a 5 stars hotel. Generally it's a nice resort.

Best way to spend your time in the islands the resort is super perfect I would come back here each time I’m visiting, the stuff is amazing and we had the best welcoming and the best room view is stunning you will face the ocean view

The most perfect resort. All of the villas have all of the amenities you can think of, the staff even provided us with a golf buggy service to take us back to our room at the top of the resort. All staff so welcoming and friendly, so many free activities and lovely food! Really couldn’t fault it at all!!

Amazing experience!
It has been such an amazing experience staying here. 10 out 10 I recommend. Everything from the kindness and service, to the breathtaking views, to the best Thai food I’ve had, the beautiful villas, the private beach and then the activities of the resort, I am blown away. Super holiday at Napasai Samui
Napasai Samui is a great location to relax, decompress and spend time with family and friends. While there are a few minor things that could be improved - some parts in the rooms a bit outdated, more options for dining - the quality of personnel in Napasai is of the highest class. We felt special during our stay, everybody was 100% helpful and committed to offering us the best possible experience. And they succeeded! I recommend this place to anybody who wants to enjoy top quality service and great customer experience.
