From the moment you enter the hotel, you feel the service experience, everything is so beautiful, and incredibly clean. The service was amazing. A very kind staff, received us with a warm welcome, and everything we asked for was given immediately and even more. Spacious and large rooms, beautiful and clean. incredibly comfortable beds, fun and pleasant pools, excellent breakfasts, Even in the showers, which were by the way so fun, the shampoo and conditioner were so pleasant and high-quality, And the balcony with such a beautiful view, Every morning when you pick up the phone at reception, they give you a surprise :) Really a place above and beyond expectations Worth every shekel, at a very, very high level!!!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for our anniversary. We had an amazing time and the staff from reception , housekeeping, to waiters and waitresses that we came across during our stay all did their very best to make sure we were well looked after. The room was spacious and the view from our room was so just breathtaking. There were many food options in the hotel, our favorite was the Salt Society by the beach. We ordered the whole baked seabass and the fish tacos, they were so delicious! We love the public area of the hotel as well, the sala is the perfect spot for meditation and the adult pool was so quiet and chill, it is not easy to maintain such a huge space but the hotel did a great job. We look forward to returning to this stunning hotel in the future with our family and friends.

Reception / Check-in: An excellent experience. Very efficient and well organised Rooms: Very high quality and very comfortable. If we had 1 request, it would be a ceiling fan on the balcony. But overall, we thought the rooms were superb. Housekeeping: Excellent service Breakfast / Dining Options: We thought the hotel offers a great range of dining options/ We used most of them and enjoyed them very much. Pools / Pool Bar: We used the adult area most days – it was excellent. The f&b options are the pool were excellent too. Staff / Customer Service: The staff were amazing. They were always helpful, knowledgeable professional and so polite. We would like to recognise Bee (housekeeping), Q (adult pool), Beach, M, Fah and White (Reception). Also, Toon on the Tours Desk and the Bell staff too. Grounds: Very well manicured. Overall: We have nothing but praise and thanks for the experience and service that your hotel provided to us.

Amazing top 5 star Luxury hotel!! Beachfront resort! Great food. The Staff were veey nice. The resort is very Clean. Amazing managment! Just a great experience with the family or couples/friends. The room are just perfect and in 3 min taxi you are in the middle of Chaweng. Just a perfect experience we will come again for sure!!!
