What a stay! Came here with my wife for our honey moon. We were vacationing for a month and couldn't have been happier with our five days at the conrad Koh Samui. Great service and staff. There is a new GM who is very hands on and we did not have a single complaint. The breakfast buffet was a 10/10, best buffet of the trip. Highly suggest to everyone. Very unique hotel, can't wait to go back

Conrad Samui has leave a footprint of what a truly 5 star hotel and what hospitalize is. Apart from the extravaganza view i have had seen, and the cleanliness of the room. All staff from.Check in ( Khun Idd) Check out ( Khun Tangmo), has made me feel.so welcome. Both check in and out was so smooth. The excellent service of the buggy within the hotel was so convenient. Each of the staff driving was so friendly and knowledgable that makes a ride, not a boring one. The weather was so hot and i asked for many bottles of water and never been denied. There is a sustainable farm, which i was shown by F&B staff, (a lady) who is so knowledgable and explain things with fully service minded. A staff at the pool, had served us a glass of ice + drinking water, while i was at tbe pool. This come with no charge and without i am asking for it. Also with mineral spray for facial hydration and glaasses cleaning spray. This stay at Conrad Samui has left me nothing but only a good memory and impression. Truly recommened.

Conrad Koh Samui strikes the perfect balance between the bustle of Samui and a tropical island heaven! From the streamlined airport pickup, and comfortable transfer, complete with welcome coconut drink and cooled refresher towels, to the warm welcome and check-in experience in the stunning resort foyer, the check in was an easy and relaxed experience. This resort is certainly different. Perched on a hillside offers not just excellent exercise potential (of course complementary buggies are available at your beck and call if you do not feel energetic), but the views across the gulf are incredible. All villas have views, a private infinity pool and a "drone free" policy equates to a peaceful relaxing stay where your privacy is all but ensured. The resort is adequately serviced by numerous bars and eateries, water sports, nearby excursions for the like of snorkeling and town visits, plus a gym, massage/spa facility and shop. The food and beverages are great (love happy hour) and of course very little can beat a nice dinner and cocktail whilst marveling at the perfect sunset each evening. As for our villa, fantastic! We fell in love with the private infinity pool and everything exuded the "relax now" vibe! We were appreciative of an upgrade to a 3rd level villa and it is hard to find fault with any of it. The welcome fruit platter, satays and spring rolls, the abundant water, and of course those views made it hard to venture out to experience the remainder of the resort. One covid inspired addition (I believe), is the Conrad Koh Samui farm! How wonderful it is to see where much of your resort food comes from. The farm tour is complementary and well worth spending a bit of time to experience it! The farm is so well done. We were very impressed as we have many of the fruit trees ourselves ... but we are not as successful as this team of dedicated produce producers. Congrats Conrad team for this initiative! Speaking of the Conrad team, it has to be said that every single Conrad staff member we encountered, be it the farm team, the grounds staff, drivers, the F&B crew, the house keeping staff, the front of house staff or the management, we did not find even one grumpy person! What a treat it is to be welcomed warmly by everyone, even if you are just passing. Any accommodation establishment needs staff. Most have their share of helpful and unhelpful staff, but Conrad Koh Samui seems to be somewhat lopsided. All helpful, friendly staff, no unhelpful or unfriendly staff! That is an achievement worthy of high praise and we would love to single out and praise some of the staff who provided us with exceptional service, but how do we do that? It was everyone! We're assuming this "Conrad attitude" is infectious and quite likely has spread to those we did not meet as well, so we will simply congratulate the entire team equally. We were also surprised to receive a nice gift following an off-the-cuff comment to the Director of Operations, Brent Assam during one of his casual chats with us. We had mentioned we were soon to become grandparents for the first time. Later in the stay, a lovely Conrad bear turned up, monogrammed with "Conrad Baby". What a thoughtful gesture and added to our Conrad Bears. Thank you Brent and the sewing team! Wonderful gesture to someone yet to be born. In all, hard to find a downside with Conrad Koh Samui. We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Thanks team.

Beautiful… little piece of paradise. Such a peaceful place to spend the Easter Break with our daughters. Although, our villa had a private pool my husband and daughters enjoyed the communal pool as it was cooler. The staff were super attentive and exceptionally helpful. They were warm and genuine. From knowing when to allow for privacy and space to pre-empting the buggy at the end of the evening and noticing and remembering our preferences. The buggy drivers were particularly great, so polite courteous and efficient, especially Sprite and Bin. Mini and her team at breakfast were brilliant the breakfast staff inspite of a slight language barrier were eager to help and meet any requests. There were so many incredible gestures made by the Conrad team to make our stay memorable. Sincere thanks to Brent, who was so subtle and brilliant at making a casual request (that I didn’t realise was nearly impossible) possible. This is a magnificent property with amazing views, great pool villas, excellent food and one of the best SPA’s we have ever experienced. We visited this resort in Dec 2016 and really enjoyed our stay and so decided to revisit in March 2024. The resort has improved its already high standards that we experienced 8 years back. There are 3 great Resturants on the property that pretty much cater for any dietary or culinary experience you wish. Our favourite is Azure at the pool area - relaxed Mediteranian style. Zest the Thai Resturant is also great with ample choice of Asian style cooking. Jahn is the fine dinning resturant and is of world standard - a real spoil and a must visit when visiting this resort. The most outstanding feature of this resort is the homely atmosphere created by the staff, Brent the operations manager get to know his guests by name he is highly visible and checks in with you when ever he sees you ! Palm and Fah put you in a good mood at breakfast and get to know your favourites even down to the temp you like your cuppachino in the morning.AE runs the Azure resturant and pool side drinks assistance - he is the most attentive waiter / manager we have ever experienced anywhere. Yodmai and Ink run the bar upstairs and are very good at enticing different drinks while you watch the sun set and after dinner, the vantage point from the bar is breathtaking even after your 10th visit. Mod the spar receptionist is really special she organises all the treatments - nothing is too much trouble for her. We visited the spa often, the therapist’s are all very well trained and delivered exceptionally. Bee, Jib, Zye, Aed and Pim keep up the great work your spa is magnificent and you ladies are all very good at what you do. This resort provided exactly what my wife and I wanted, relaxing time, great villa with its own pool, good food, experienced spa therapists, the views from every part of the resort are a bonus. We will for sure revisit and also encourage friends wanting a similar experience to visit this resort.
